Not good at all. a) they wouldn't disclose the exact amount you're going to pay for the car you want to buy, unless you wanna book the car on the same day. b) sales people doesn't know what to say. The one that handled me said my car have cancer when I asked for a trade in. That too when some one whom I love a lot is getting treated for cancer. c) the regional manager who came in for the event offered a great deal if I book the car that day, which was just a fake promise. Once I booked the car, They called it a fair deal. And he even said this is my first time buying a new car so I should learn from this, when I asked about the fake $4500 discount which they reduced from MSRP after the sale event. There is a lot of nice dealers who really care about what you want or give you room to look into your options and make you feel happy when you buy a new car.

I’m a newcomer in Canada and bought my first vehicle at Downsview Chrysler. I couldn’t expect a better treatment from all the staff, very caring and mindful people. Special thanks to Derek Morris (Salesperson) and Leslie Dagatan (Financing Dept) who made the purchasing of my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan a very pleasant experience to me. Definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I think Derek Morris is hands down once of the nicest employees I've met in my entire life! I was very relieved that he never once spoke down to me or made me feel stupid for asking a question that others might have rolled their eyes at. I know the very basics when it comes to cars and he was very helpful in assisting me to get the right car that suited my needs and came within my budget. If I ever need to get another car, I'm definitely coming to see Derek again!

I came by to check out an SUV that I was interested in buying and was greeted by Derek Morris. He was super friendly and patient, even though I was asking him a million questions. I'm very happy that he was the one helping me out! I had a really bad experience in the past with another salesman at another dealership and was so happy that I got someone as knowledgeable and friendly as Derek this time around! His service definitely made the sale for me! Five stars for sure!!

Did some online research for a Dodge Ram 1500 found Downsview Chrysler near by with some pretty great sales!! Derek is the man- he found me my new truck! He was extremely patient and made the whole experience quite enjoyable! Very knowledgeable and make me feel well taken care of. Spent lots of time with us, made us feel super confident about the purchase. Also Leslie made the final process so fast and easy! She was great too! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Traded in my 2010 GMC Yukon Denali, I'd say the overall experience was a little tough at first, but when Chrysler helped us get the best price on my vehicle I was thrilled! It is a great vehicle and was so happy about how everything turned out, that the night before picking up my vehicle, I was filled with excitement.

After many discussions back and fourth trying to solidify a deal, we finally came to an agreement!

John, Sayed, and Andrew all were really helpful with my purchase. It's fantastic that every time I sit in my new vehicle, I am overcome with excitement!

It was a great group effort from everyone at Chrysler. Thank you. Ringing that bell was truly something cool. Never had that happen before.

I bought a Fiat 124 spider from Derek Morris, and he was wonderful. He stayed with me for hours after closing on more that one occasion to ensure that I had everything I needed, and worked with me to ensure we reached a deal I was happy with. He was extremely patient and made the whole experience quite enjoyable. When he found out that the specific model and color I had chosen was not available , he worked tirelessly to find an alternative that I was not only happy with, but even more excited about than my original choice. He made a point to make me feel special and well taken care of. He seemed genuinely excited for me, and alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with making such a large purchase. I'm very glad I took my business here and am looking forward to return for servicing and maintenance. Thank you Derek.

Great experience, saw an ad in the Sun for a Jeep Wrangler 2 door, met with Derek Morris and he was wonderful, test drove a white one and showed me the features. Wanted a black one, they didn't have one left,, but he found me a comparable one and gave it at the same price, fast and friendly and very happy with both Derek and Leslie in Finance. Thank you

We had Derek Morris as our sales rep, and from the first day we came in looking for a possible new vehicle to picking up our new 2017 dodge journey he was a class act. He made us feel welcome and was very easy going to talk to when we had questions about the vehicle. The experiece we had with him and others at the dealership definitely made our decision very easy on our new vehicle and future dodge vehicle's. Plus ringing the bell when you become a new owner was fun.

I bought a used vehicle with Mike in December and it was a great experience. Mike was friendly and very helpful in the sale and with my trade-in so it was a painless transaction! I happened to pick the car up on my birthday and Mike had a bottle of champagne for me as well as some dealership gifts which was very nice of him! I am very disappointed in this place. Will never return. I took my truck in at 7:30 this morning to have a recall fixed. I called at 2pm for an update and was told the only one that can tell me if the truck was done, was on lunch. I then confirmed that there was no one that could give me an update. I then explained that I had dropped off my truck early in the morning, and it was time for me to head home. I would like to know the status on my truck. I was then put through to someone else (kicking myself for not catching his name) when he answered I again explained that I had dropped my truck off early, that my work was done and that I would like an update. At that point I was interrupted with an "ooohhh really" very sarcastically. I ignored it and stated that I needed to know what to do, again I was interrupted and told that "I heard shopping is good" All I was trying to do was find out the status of my truck, so that I could make back up plans to pick up my kids from school. I was then told no, my truck was not ready. By then I was so upset that I called my husband, who phoned them. He called back 5 min later and said the truck was ready to be picked up. I then called for a pick up by shuttle. I don't know if it was done in purpose, but the shuttle driver took 25 min to pick me up, on a drive that should have been 10. Not even. The driver apologized several times. He stated that he has been on my street for a while but the office did not provide him a # or proper pick up address. Again that could be a coincidence, but after they were blasted. I can't name the person I dealt with, but I will never give them another penny.
