Nothing but amazing things to say about this specific dealership.
Bought a PO vehicle about 3 weeks ago. Of course, I experience some minor issues with the vehicle with a few lights going off in the cluster (typical ABS, Airbag, Brake light, and Traction lights). To add to this issue, the lights all go off after 3 hours; making it even harder to diagnose the issue.
At this point, that was the story I had to bring to the service desk. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment booked during the busiest season of the year. I must say, that was very accommodating. Thanks Lee!
I arrived for my appointment and I was greeted by Bart. He is honestly the most reassuring, courteous and accommodating Advisor EVER! He was very attentive to my issue and looked after it. He was very informative and clear with the procedures, policies, and of course, the repairs they will do to your vehicle. When it came time to pick up my car, I was told it was just a software upgrade they had to do AND they washed my car for me (AWESOME!). Most unfortunate but lucky event, those same lights reappeared on my cluster! (Thank God) Now I can actually present the issue and get it fixed. Bart was so apologetic and honestly, I wasn't even upset. I was just glad that I can get all issues fixed before my CPO warranty rolls in. I work in east end of Scarborough and unfortunately, the shuttle service cuts off at the edge of Markham. At this point, because they were squeezing my repair in their busy schedule, I felt bad for the inconvenience. I was asking to see what he can do in terms of just bringing me back to work as I went on my lunch break and i also needed a vehicle to get me from where I am and back to the dealership. Bart went out of his way to help me out. I am touched and very grateful to have been looked after by Bart. You truly made my Monday a better one! I am sure all advisors are amazing, but based off my experience, DEFINITELY ask for Bart!response / report this review -

This is the worst dealership we've ever dealt with. We returned our diesel lease and were told that there were no problems with the car by Eric Chan , but a few days later we were informed by Volkswagen Canada that we owed $519.00 for damages. We called back Eric Chan and discussed this and he had assured us that it would be taken care of, we called back Volkswagen Canada and they informed us that Eric Chan denied everything and basically called us liars. So buyers please beware stay far away from the dealership and please make sure you record all your conversation with these people!!!!

Service Representatives are thoughtful and attention to detail. Lee who works in the Service department always think ahead and go for the extra mile to ensure my vehicle is serviced properly. Great hospitality and efficient for what he does.

Bought my car in for service last week and received great service by the service personnel - Allan. He was very professional, focused on the task at hand and took the time to provide answers to all the queries I had. Explained the issues to allow me to understand the issues fully. No pressure throughout. Definitely will go back when needed. TCVW, you've a great employee there!

I was concerned about some grinding noise coming from my car. Allan Wong put my worries and concerns at ease right away, he told me its nothing major and would get back to me right away with what needs to be done. He called me and told me in plain language what was needed and told me that it will be done right. I picked up my car and after 2 weeks I am totally at ease on his repair. Great person and great dealership, will be going here from now on.

From walking in for the first time to leaving with the purchased car I could have not wished for a friendlier experience. From the main receptionist to the amazing salesman, nothing seemed like it was to much trouble. Even though we purchased a used car it felt like we were treated exactly the same as if we had bought a new one. So far the car has been great. I will be recommending Joe and this dealer to others looking to purchase a car.

The staff at Town + Country Volkswagon made purchasing my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta really easy, without much hassle at all. The sales person Kevin Qiu spoke my language and answered every question me and my parents had, leaving us with not a doubt that we have purchased the right vehicle. Within a few days I got my volkswagon jetta and so far there haven't been a single problem with it. The service was fast, simple, and provides a good example for other dealerships to look up to.

I'm really impressed with Candice Cheuk & team during the sales process. They were super efficient, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I like the fact that they listen to the customer requirements and try to help in whatever way they can, and without being pushy. Post sales, I have also sent in the car for maintenance services. Allan Wong and the service team have been superb! Overall, I've had a great experience at this dealership and would recommend it to others.

I was very pleased with the level of service and attention that I received at Town and Country VW. The sales staff (William) was excellent in communicating the terms of the deal, as well as keeping me informed of the status and availability. He also willing to negotiate a great deal, which is why he won my business. The vehicle is great, and the few requests I've made since purchase have been handled in a timely and professional manner.

The service and people that work in this dealership are fantastic. Especially, Saif the service advisor, Michael Ko, and Eric in sales are very nice and helpful people. I can always count on them.

This is my favourtie dealership. They are patient and take the time to address any problems I had. There's technically another dealership much closer to me but I was enormously disappointed when I realized the other location didn't solve the problem at all and just made a cash grab move. If you're looking for a new VW vehicle with an exceptional service team I definitely recommend this location especially Candice! You won't be disappointed!
