Rooms were quiet enough being next to the QEW. Breakfast was better than expected with a wide variety. I am an American traveling to Canada when I had my stay and had forgotten to stop to exchange USD to CAD for the deposit and to pay for the room. I had called the front desk and asked if USD was accepted and they said yes that they would do the exchange at the desk for us. We worked out the exchange for the price if the room and the deposit and paid in USD. I received a receipt for the deposit but didn't think to get one for the room payment. On checkout we were told that we didn't pay the full amount and owed another 13.50 USD and we couldn't prove otherwise because we didn't get a payment receipt. Just be wary when paying in exchanged currency
It is reasonably priced and has continental breakfast from 7am to 10am The breakfast has cereal, apples, oranges, waffles, sausages, eggs, toast, muffins, and more. I am definately going to come here again if I need a place to stay the night.
Attended for a Social event this weekend. Clean space. AC wasn't able to keep up witj our numbers so the heat was overwhelming. That aside they kept ice water coming, I always enjoy events at the Admiral Inn Burlington.
Great place to stay. Nice employees. Good breakfast.
The beds are beyond comfy and the bedding is awesome. Great stay so far. 4 nights in total.
This hotel is an okay budget hotel. There front desk staff are OK, but can be very unorganized. I have had a reservation with them for 3 months. Upon arrival at 730pm I was told I was too late for check in and that they had cancelled my room but I could sleep on a cot . I travelled 3 hours to sleep on a cot. Unacceptable. If you like dirty rooms, poor customer service and unorganizatiom this is the hotel for you. Personally I will never stay here again. Buyer beware
I was so impressed with the helpful desk attendant today. The Admiral Inn was fully booked. Their kind woman at the front desk took the time to call other hotels in the area to help us secure a room for us and our dog. She went out of her way to be invoking to weary travelers. Very much appreciated.
Stayed over for the night on the weekend of the Princess Margret ride for cancer. After a long day it was nice to come to a friendly and welcoming front desk staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only slight drawback was the hint of smoke in the room. We had to crank the fan on high speed to mask it. Will go again.
The rooms were amazing and the guy who worked there gave upgrades to a bigger room. And breakfast was amazing
Considering we only stayed one night. My husband and I were pleasantly impressed with the presentation and cleanliness. It was as pictured on the website. I want to give a special thanks to Majid for his kind and friendly hospitality. We checked in around 4: 30pm or so, and he was very welcoming. The room was clean and it was a comfortable sleep. Just one thing we found kind of odd. The bathroom shower floors had no seperation between the shower and the toilet/sink area. It wasn't bad but the water did come outside of the shower area a little and the sink was clogging. Other than that it was a very clean place to stay and the lobby area is beautiful. Very unique in design. Love the look of the standing camera tripod lights. Great added touch to whom ever came up with that idea. Beautiful!👍
Decent. Room could be slightly better vacuumed. Fridge and microwave in room was a bonus. Good value.
Good price. Comfortable and clean. Decent breakfast in morning.
Location was great, very easy to find and close to restaurants.
The hotel was clean but needed repairs. Doors had chips, the former door between conjoined rooms opened to loose insulation, the ottoman was broken.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and met expectations. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, staff were helpful and personable. We would consider staying here again.
