Like so many others in the past year or two, we've had the most horrendous experience with this outfit. We went to the showroom on January 9, 2016, selected our bed, etc. and paid almost half the whole bill on the assurance that delivery would come by March 15. Well, it didn't. Phone-calls went unanswered, emails not replied to, and the whole experience was totally unsatisfactory. This state of affairs lasted for months on end, but in mid-June we finally got our bed, shelving, etc. -- everything OK (after five months of waiting and unable to have any guests stay overnight), except for the fact that we had paid for two extra shelves that didn't arrive with the rest of the order. We were then promised them for right away in June, but heard nothing more. We went away for the summer, and in September contacted Mike about them again. No problem, he replied [he actually replied!], saying the shelves had been overlooked but would be ready within a few days. Note the date: September 2016. It's now March 2017, I've been in touch about the shelves both by phone and by email, but the usual deafening silence is the only outcome of all that. I think it a pity that the customer service level of this firm is so appalling. I could NOT recommend them to anyone! Please be warned!

My experience is the same extremely poor performance. I ordered a Murphy bed kit Sep09/16 it is now Nov21/16 no kit, no responses to repeated email or phone calls. Lots of problems that were no fault of theirs apparently!? I am contacting my credit card company to see about a refund. I would not recommend dealing with these people. I believe the BBB should know about these guys as well.

Promises, promises, Michael a so called Director promised delivery in a week and a half, then two weeks, and after almost 6 weeks I went to see him after no phone calls answered. No response to emails either. Family functions were completely destroyed as we needed the bed and purchased on the week and a half delivery promise. As we were promised an early delivery we paid for the bed as if it was already complete. I asked for my refund and was told it was done but the credit never showed up on my visa. So don't believe anything you hear. Lots of excuses. May never see my money back either.

One star is being too kind. Had my $ for months and couldn't bother to call me when they had delivery problems. The problem here is not equipment or volume it's their attitude and extremely poor customer service skills.starting with the lady doing the books.

I purchased a used bed and cupboards from a competitor. I called the competitor for service to install it. It took about 24 hours for them to return my call and the conversation was not great. I had the sense they were doing me a favour talking to me and they did not take the time to be "creative" in finding a solution. I was told the service people do not carry any back up parts in their vehicle. Then I called London Murphy Beds and it was a whole different conversation. I waited minutes rather than hours for a response. Mike welcomed my call and was eager to help. His brother John provided the service, arrived on time, was helpful, creative, honest and I felt he was highly competent. Though I had an old style murphy bed with missing parts he went the extra mile to get it functioning and above all, safe. Thank you Mike and John for great service. I would definitely go to London Murphy Beds for quality and service. Thank you!
