When I travel to Vancouver the Westin Wall Centre is where I choose to stay the night I arrive from the US and my last night. The Westin has everything I want when I travel--quiet, spacious rooms with heavenly beds that help me get the best night of rest. I also like the healthy food emphasis at Westin and always have exceptional dining experiences at their restaurants. The bath amenities are clean-no paraben, coloring or other additives and the gym offers a variety of ways to exercise. I think the Front Desk staff at this property is the very best--warm greetings, help with selecting a room and assistance with requests. On this last trip I stayed 2 extra nights rather than stay downtown. The sky train is very close for getting to a variety of locations.

Not worth the price. It's nice, but got a much better deal at the Hilton in Burnaby with the same exact level of quality and service. It was also much more convenient than this location.

Good clean hotel very close to airport. A bit too far north from many shops/restaurants unless you like all the nearby Chinese food options. A good stay and I'd be happy to stay again.

I went to the Westin for a professional conference. The place was clean and the staff was professional and responsive. We where served breakfast and lunch. The food was good. Not many people showed up for the event. It was quite technical.

So the hotels parking might be a bit confusing. There are two lanes that go into the hotel area. Stick to the right, the left takes you to a Marina parking lot. The hotel is nice. Kinda like a good Vegas hotel with a gym and pool. They also gave me a free apple in the lobby which was cool.

Gym is small but serviceable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall location doesn't offer too many great views but it is close to the airport.

Nice indoor pool with a extensive fitness centre that overlooks a port. Nice lobby, and the location is convenient as it is close to No. 3 road, and major shopping centres. Nice staff that are eager to help, all around excellent hotel.

Very nice rooms. One of the only hotels that I can remember actually having a vent fan in the bathroom. Service was great. Pool and gym are a bit if a hike to get to since you have to wind around several halls, but are nice.

An excellent Westin with an attractive except and interior. Parking is abundant with a valet service. They have both a pool and a limited workout room. They have very nice conference rooms with the fifth floor one having limited access to a shared enclosed building park. They have room service and a hotel restaurant and bar called the Apron.
The hotel is an 9 minute walk from the Canada line and is on two bus routes (one from Richmond, one from Vancouver). There are a few nearby restaurants and a Chinese mall close by.
Hotel staff are friendly and you can expect the high quality service of a Westin with excellent beds and clean service.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Richmond. It's very convenient right off the airport if you drive, overnight parking is $15+tax. However its location is a bit remote for people using public transportation. It has free hotel shuttle running starting 4:30am which is good for people with early flights. It always have good service, clean rooms, comfy beds and good starbucks coffee. They recently changed the tissue paper and is much lower quality than the previous brand.

I've always loved staying at Westin hotels. The Wall Center is one of my favorites. Excellent and helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Great pool and work out rooms. I can't wait to come back and stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was there to see someone that was staying there. From what I sawvery clean and inviting. If I didn't leave in Vancouver I would stay there. It was very easy to get to and they allowed me to park my car while I was there.

The hotel was nice and the front line staff was very friendly. However, we went to sit at the bar in the lounge and the bar staff there were unfriendly and abrupt. We went for a relaxing evening and they were so loud putting plates and utensils away, it became too unbearable to sit at the bar.

OMG! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was/is. Friendly, helpful staff.
And then Wow! The restaurant in the hotel was a terrific surprise. Great food, beautifully presented, absolutely perfect. I was blown away! I can honestly say that I have never had food this wonderful.

First time staying here and was blown away by the customer service! While making reservations online, there was a section for special requests, so I'd mentioned that it'd be nice to have a small card that said "Happy Birthday" as it was the girlfriend's birthday. Fast forward to us checking in and Leah, the front desk staff member, wished my girlfriend a happy birthday and that a special surprise would be brought up upon our our check-in.
After getting to our room, we get a knock on the door and it's room service with a plate of macaroons and fresh fruit and some sparkling water with even a card signed by the kitchen staff! The desserts were quite tasty and the room itself was fantastic as well!
There is some construction across the street from the hotel but this is beyond their control but they do have ear plugs in the rooms and even has signs telling guests to contact front desk if it gets too loud and that they'll try to accommodate by moving you to a different location.
All in all, fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!response / report this review
