One star for everything, except some of the staff are polite.
But the old security at front is absolutely ****.
Beside not letting you use the washroom at the lobby, he just staring at you for secs and shake his head.
Very very bad experience from this old guy.

Wow. Run for this place. It is incredibly dirty - the floors look like they have not been vacuumed, blood on the towels, mold actually visible on the walls. Stayed here with a student group Some students got locked out and they had to drill through the door (after, the metal shavings were left on the floor). I lived in Student Residence at Humber, and this is not comparable. I can't believe students live here during the school year - it should be shut down.

Came here for two different (conference and education) events. The staff were quite nice, the event spaces were a good size and decently maintained. The food looked good but wasn't too great.
