Staff are very helpful and the hotel is always exceptionally clean. I was there in a conference/event room and it was set up very well. Highly recommend this hotel for work functions.

Location was right at Bloor and Yonge, a very ideal spot! Great, quiet ambience with nice finishing inside. Rooms were spacious and clean! No breakfast, pool or wifi, but it was a good stay.

Conveniently located hotel with excellent customer service, large and clean rooms, and very handy facilities (a decent gym next to the laundry room). The bathroom had a very short tub, which made the showers a bit awkward. Water would randomly spray out of the shower head every hour or so, which was a bit irritating but manageable.

Currently at the Marriott. Booked through Hotwire and decided to extend our stay when we got here. The person working at the front desk said our stay was extended as per our request and were charged an upgrade fee for both nights because the room was way too small. Now I'm sitting in my room packing my stuff and having to take my 2 year old child and leave while my husband is at work because our stay was never extended according to the staff. The manager, Sarah is not helpful AT ALL and we haven't gotten our upgrade fee back for the second night either- even though we're not staying. This isn't the first time I've stayed here but it is most certainly THE LAST. Having to suffer as a guest because the staff here is incompetent and the manager is even worse. Don't waste your time! Ruined my trip!

We attended a wedding ceremony. The bar service was excellent. The food was also excellent! Washroom was clean. Very good experience.

The staff was fantastic. Went there to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife they went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife. We had breakfast the next morning served in our room and it was delicious. My wife was so thrilled with everything and the service was amazing I highly recommend this location so friendly and accommodating.

Stayed 3 nights there, and overall had a good experience. Room service was great & the food was also good. 2 reasons behind not giving 5 stars, the website where I booked the room had "free wifi" listed. However, that was only available to members. Also there is no free parking which is available at some other hotels.

Friendly staff and a wonderful facility. My aunt stays here whenever she's in town and the staff all know her and treat her like family. The new renovations are a bit of a change, and the lobby is busier and less relaxed than before, not a bad thing, just a change.

Marriott in a great location. Easy to get to and close to the Eaton Center.
Rooms where spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Has a mini fridge and good size TV. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

Stayed Nov, 2016. A very nice business hotel located over a small mall (With a Bay store) and attached directly to Toronto transit. Within walking distance of a lot of shopping and Toronto's Gay Village. Despite booking through a third party website they recognized my status and upgraded us to a very nice room with a jacuzzi. No pool that I saw, and average fitness room, but there is a full service Good Life Fitness next door
