A very nice hotel with a unique design. Rooms look very new and clean, there is a TV and a save. One thing to note is that it is a bit far from the historic downtown of Brussels.

The staff here are incredible. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They assisted me with the most awkward taxi requests, they looked after deliveries for me, they helped me with each and every one of my requests and honestly were fantastic.

A really nice Hotel. Hot water was unavailable for a while and the Hotel pay our taxes, that was a really nice thing. I'm happy to have been there!

Last minute emergency hotel for us. Clean, provided towels, held a rooftop event even. Overall a quite decent hotel with a decent location relative to stores and scenic spots in Brussels.

Beautiful and pleasant looking hotel even from the outside, comfy bed and walkable distance to Midi Station as it was downhill (took us about 20 minutes with large and heavy suitcases + short rests in between). My booking said a queen bed and one sofa bed for 4 people, but I was instead given a king sized bed and one single bed. A little disappointed at that at first, but decided to overlook it since we were only staying one night. The shower was great too and the room was very spacious. Paid the city tax (€4.24 I think) during check in but was asked to pay again because it was not recorded. However he waved it off and said he would check with the receptionist from the previous day and let us leave. Hopefully I won't find a surprise charge on my card but I think from my overall impression of the hotel, they wouldn't. Overall good for a short stay. Walking distance from a lot of shopping places and eateries. Close to public transport links as well.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the view and the fire escape staircases on which you can enjoy Brussels underneath you.
Small rooms but everything you need for a good sleep, and very, very clean.

Clean hotel, with very friendly staff. Internet connection was good and there's a great Italian restaurant a block away. We were able to walk everywhere we went, but most of the sidewalks are paved with bricks, so you have to be in good shape to make it to the Grand Place, which is the center of everything historic here. Breakfast had lots to choose from, but we steered clear of the hot foods (eggs didn't look good and the bacon was undercooked). Other than that, it was a very good experience (loved the Nespresso coffee).

Lovely boutique hotel based on a cool theme (the Pantone colour palette) in a great location, easy walking distance to many restaurants and museum and the tram is conveniently located. However parts of the hotel does feel a bit dated and while the lobby does great work bringing in the Pantone theme, more could be done to integrate the colours into the room. On top of that although we had booked a double room we were given a twin room, and the staff weren't able to move us. A great idea but more could be done.

It's too expensive for what is offered. The rooms look cheap and the "trendy and hip" interior design is a failed try to make the place pretend it's more than it is.
The only pleasant surprise was the bathroom it was clean and neat but to be honest, that's the place I stay in the least when I'm in my hotel room. The carpet in the rooms were gross, just like some other review already stated.
The staff is not very motivated and seem to not really care.
First and last visit for me. There are far better options in Brussels. I still am angry on the colleague that recommended this place.response / report this review
