This hotel is not clean, nor hygienic at all. Mold in the walls (I've added pictures, not sure if they will be approved). We were given room 802, very disappointing. Nasty stains in carpet, gross sink and toilet, uncontrollable climate in room it was extremely hot, had to open the window all night, but due to stormy weather our sleep was continuously disturbed. I am pregnant and the mold next to the bed just can't be healthy. Breakfast was disappointing too, absolutely not like the official hotel pictures! We have filled out a complaint form, very curious how the hotel will respond..
After about two weeks the hotel refunded our stay to compensate for the unfortunate experience.

This is a very odd hotel. Reception need retraining about customer needs. Cold and dry communicative approach. Location is generally convenient.

Decent sized rooms. The building seems a little old. Very convenient location, right next to metro station and close to quite a few nice restaurants.

Room was clean and nice. Had a kitchenette however nothing to cook with. Comfortable and good value for money. Good location.

Very good "apartment-hotel" with very spacious rooms for someone looking to work as well as sleep. Good Wi-Fi. In the heart of the European Sector of Brussels, right by Schuman station so very well placed. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
