We're just checked in for 5 hours for sleep before our train to Paris in the early morning.
Location is easy to access, just in front of Brussels Midi/Zuid station. Reception staff is very helpful. Room is neat & clean. Wifi is great. Price is reasonable.

It's a city so it's noisy outside at night. Very helpful and friendly staff made life easier. The bar does snacks and meals along with a fair range of beers. Try IBIS beer! Breakfast was much better than I'd hoped with a good selection to choose from.

The location couldn't get better. It was expensive for a Ibis. Helpful staff.
Well lite rooms. Comfortable. Not crammed. Enough points to charge devices. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Breakfast is expensive. Good spread. But not value of money. Good bar.
Internet is free and good speed to view emails but can't stream videos or also download movies. Pay extra for that.
Worth a stay if good deals available.

The hotel is clean and nice and great for one night stay. The stuff is great and helpful. Especially the guy at the reception from Bulgaria. He made our not planned stay so pleasant and special. Thanks!

Great hotel. It's not in the center but you can get to the Grand Place in a few minutes. The staff is very grateful and kind. The rooms are great and the relationship between quality and price is superb.

Good value as it was booked in advance. Staff were great. A few additional things in the room would increase the experience from good to excellent. Needs mosquito nets on the bedroom windows. No bin in room. No do not disturb sign. Aircon not cold enough. Bar closes far too early - should be open until at least 2am.

Very convenient position, adequate cleaning, good breakfast, spacious room however with no view. Prepaid whole stay but no option was given to exclude last day's breakfast due to early checkout. Made an inquiry on the reception and same was denied. Hotel should have been more flexible not to charge an unconsumed breakfast. Overall reception was typical and not very friendly whereas cleaning staff was very helpful

The location was perfect as it is right across from the train station (we arrived and departed Brussels by train). At first, I was a little bit nervous because the corner is a little bit sketchy, to be expected in a busy transport area. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the hotel. The bar/restaurant and lobby are really nice. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and had what we needed. The breakfast buffet included in our room price was absolutely fantastic. We were able to easily walk downtown from the hotel, but could also pop over to the metro across the street when we went further afield (the train to Bruges and then the metro to Mini Europe and the Atomium). Overall, fantastic! Very happy with all of my Ibis experiences.

The main thing that the hotel was clean. So it was. Staff polite. I like it. I use the IBIS not the first time. And I'm sure I'll use it again.

Budget hotel. Near the Midi train station. Good location if you need to travel by inter city trains. Thermostat in the room did not work. Room was clean. Thermostat does not work.

Comfortable bed and decent breakfast, bathroom cleaning could have been done to a higher standard but all in all a pleasant ovenight stay.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Very helpful staff and nice comfy beds. Would happily stay there again. The hotel is opposite one of the main station exits too so really easy to find.
