The room seems nice, however, if you are here do check out the nighttime bartender, he is very friendly and knows his trade. Enjoyed every moment at the bar, made the flight cancellation a pleasant experience!

I'm alway satisfied with Holiday Inn locations. My boyfriend is an IHG Platinum Elite member so we stay in their facilities often. This particular hotel impressed me most with their luxurious bathrooms and breakfast!! Awesome.

Holiday Inn Schuman is a small hotel just off the centre of Brussels, it is about a 5 minute walk from the Schuman station on the metro. It is only a few stops on the metro from the centre of town and you are only a couple a minutes away from the centennial park with museums on one side and about a 10 minute walk from the Leopold park and the EU museum, parliament and the natural history museum on the other side. There are also several EU institutions around the hotel. The hotel has a small bar and restaurant and if you feel that you want something else there are plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel. The lobby area is quite small but there are more seating in the restaurant if you need to. The rooms are compact but functional and the bathrooms are well planned. The business rooms are slightly bigger and have a coffee machine and a trouser press. All rooms have safes and a work desk. The rooms facing the back are quieter as there is no traffic. The free internet is very slow so you have to buy premium if you are dependent on a working connection. The hotel doesn't have a gym but if you ask they will give you access to a local gym 5 mins walk from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and allow both early and late check in/out if there is capacity.

Like most Holiday inn motel this is more of a business person motel than a tourist motel. The location is ok. It is just a short subway ride to the Grand Place. The rooms were nice but no free breakfast.:(

Spent one night in this lovely hotel. Don't expect over the top luxury but everything was spacious, clean and functional. The room (305) had everything we needed, even a separate shower and bath. Shower gell and Shampoo from Rituals were lovely. Coffee & the facilities in the room as well as a paying mini-bar. Safe was also available.
Breakfast in the morning managed to impress us as well. Nice collection of fruits, fresh orange juice, delicious salmon and off course hot items as well.
The hotel has a small underground parking (only 8 spaces). Parking is free along the street during the weekend.response / report this review -

Typical holiday inn in Brussels, easy to get to. Friendly staff, all facilities as expected. Staff was friendly and respectful even to the group of facepainted goth dorks in the lobby. I appreciated that a lot. Other than that nothing to call home about. The chain could invest a bit in the dawn of businesses like the local motel one.

Great amenities. Location is ok. Spacious for holiday inn and really good value. Great customer service too. Just found that the bed and pillows were very firm and got 2 single duvets not 1 double one for a double bed.

Very nice Hotel. Location is close to EU building and transport connections. Breakfast has a wide selection and not to expensive. Beds a bit hard though.
