  Fantastic location right near grand place, I even had a small view from my window. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and I loved my stay here.

  Budget hotel. Lovely, helpful staff. Food was good too. Only comment was that it could have been a bit cleaner but the location was fantastic.

  Very satisfied, the location was excellent,staff very attentive and room clean and comfortable. Thank you for delivering the wine I had ordered. Would loved to have extended our stay.

  Front desk staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful. Room was perfect, nice, clean and a great location! Breakfast was Fabulous, and included Gluten free items which rarely happens. Our stay was perfect! And hands down the best hotel mattress I have ever slept on! The kids said their fold out mattresses were also comfortable.

  The hotel is centrally located (1 min walking from Grand Place) and there is a public parking nearby. Rooms’ showing the usual signs of wear and tear, but are comfortable and meet the expectations for Novotel. Enjoyed a wonderful stay at heart of Brussels / Europe.

  We arrived by train from Amsterdam and found that the hotel was immediately outside an access via a shopping centre. It's a clean modern renovation of a heritage building.

  Brilliant hotel located in the centre of Brussels just a 2 min walk from central station and main square. We had a family room which was a good size with spacious bathroom and toilet. All modern setup and amenities in the room. Friendly staff and we had a great 2 days in Brussels. Definitely recommend!

  The reception and bar staff are top notch. Such a great location to train station, Grand Place, and sites surrounding. Room on the 5th floor with view of the street is fantastic. Close your windows and it all goes away. Open them up and the sites and sounds of this beautiful city come flooding in. While not perfect by any stretch, a great value nonetheless.

  If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
  
  Stayed for midweek break with my husband. Not sure what to expect but not disappointed this seemed more geared to business travellers but good overall facilities for all. Not sure about the plastic curtains in the room. Decent size to room and separate shower and toilet good. Staff multi lingual so no problems. Nice to sit outside with a nightcap before bed from decently stocked bar at reasonable prices.

  It is the perfect hotel to live for a weekend to Brussels! Just some seconds walk to grand place and too many restaurants and beer-bars!!! The room was warm! Nice hotel in the best place! Thank's for your services!!!

  Cannot find fault. Very welcoming and clean. Breakfast of good European standard (hard to beat Irish breakfast!) Great location, quiet but close to Grand Place. Fitness room small but sufficient.
