For the last 10 years my family has always stayed at this hotel whenever we are in Brussels, which is quite often. The staff is excellent, top notch! Location is unbeatable and they recently renovated. Being the only hotel in the Grand Place, its worth the few extra dollars you will pay as compared to hotels outside of the square. For the best price, call them directly for a reservation instead of booking online via other sites.
