Location is great, in the centre of Brussels. 10 min walk from station. Rooms are nice, good breakfast on top floor with view. Big Basic Fit gym in the basement.

The check-in was great and we got excellent service. There is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. The rooms are decent since they have been renovated. The shower is extremely small. We were only here for one night so it was fine.

When I arrived the staff are were very welcoming. The room was spacious and shine of the space could have been dedicated to making the bathroom slightly bigger add they've crammed in a shower cubicle. My advice is to not bend down for fear of knocking yourself out on the thermostatic tap. I found the room a bit dim despite the multitude of lights in there which is probably my taste. The room was also cold and despite turning the best right up I needed to ask for a heater to get warm. I wasn't impressed with the long black haired I found in the bathroom sink and on top of the bed. The bed was also two twins pushed together but with react of them dressed with a single duvet. The rooms are also very echoey with the high ceiling and hard floor which wasn't cleaned very well as I constantly had dust underfoot. The hotel is central though and the gym is well equipped but be warned, it might get very busy at peak times as it is a stand alone gym so it's not just open to hotel guest.

Location is pretty good Metro station nearby. We had two rooms. Unfortunately one of the rooms had a mold issue. The staff were very apologetic and moved us to another room. Would stay here again owing to the location and the extremely nice staff. Assuming issue with room wasn't a common complaint.

This chain of hotels never disappoints. Great view from the room, large bathroom, large bed with a selection of pillows. And a special thanks to Andrea for their small welcome gift! The staff is nice and speaks lots of languages. Great location!

Clean, modern, with an extremely hospitable staff, right at the center of Brussels. This small hotel beats any old grand, hotel within its vicinity. We received all the assistance we needed, and the staff extended our stay for a few hours to accommodate our travel itinerary. When we visit Brussels again, we will definitely stay here!

Nice and comfortable hotel in good position to reach city center by foot or other destination by public transport. Very kind and efficient desk service, moreover excellent breakfast.

As per the one other NH Collection hotel I stayed with in Utrecht, this one is clean and quiet. The staff are great and knowledgeable about Brussels. Rooms were a good size and well kitted out, even with a nespresso coffee machine. Toiletries included conditioner. The breakfast was also comprehensive, offering cooked and cold delights plus croissants, should that be your fancy. The orange juice press machine was a favourite amongst those breakfasting! I would absolutely stay here again, plus it's located perfectly for a wander around the old town.

A classic town hotel in very good shape. Chicago style rooftop breakfast. Friendly stylish reception. Nice location, with serius shopping just a block away.

Smart hotel with great service. Why not 5 stars? Inexplicably, the bar and restaurant stay closed at the weekend.
