Fantastic location, comfortable bed, sadly that is about where it ends. I arrived at the hotel with a group of colleagues after we were dropped off by a couple of taxis. Our office had booked all the rooms and the check in desk were informed of who the booking was under etc. After a very short time, we were told we had got the wrong hotel (similar names, both NH chain). The hotel staff gave us directions and we left. After arriving at the new location we had been directed to we realised that the second hotel was certainly not the right hotel. We then called some colleagues who had arrived before us and were informed that the original hotel was the correct one. Mistakes happen however, we received no apology and the female member of staff who seemed to be in charge on both visits was rude in her attitude and demeanor. The hotel itself is VERY tired. The carpets in the hallways are stained in many places. The rooms need redecorating and many of our rooms smelt bad (some believed it was damp, others thought it was sewage). Some of us also had issues with controlling the room temperature. As a side (and small) note, I filled my kettle and it leaked due to it having a split in the side however this was replaced when I took it to reception the next morning.

Perfect location, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants in the city center, also 5 mins to Grand Place.

We stayed one night in a large suite. Reception was very friendly. Overall liked our stay. A/C wasn't strong enough. Sink drain stopper did not work.

Great location. Super helpful staff. Breakfast caters for gluten free. Room was clean and comfortable. A full dining restaurant would make it even better.

Room smelt like cabbage, but right in the center of the touristy area. Lots of shopping. They have a mini chocolate factory on ground level, be sure to check it out. More affordable than other hotels in the square. Great views too

Stayed here for 1 night, great location ! so close to the central station and Grote Markt. The rooms that are facing the town hall tower have amazing views, and the room i stayed in was quite decently spacious, bed is really comfy. No doubt this hotel must be on your comparison list if your visiting old town Brussels. There are a few international chain hotel next to it, please shop around for the best deal!

Very central and heart of tourist area. 2 min to grand place and 3 min from central train station. Great view of grand place from the room. Affordable price and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Could get slightly noisy during busy times of the evening but quite at night. Wi-fi speed could be better.response / report this review -

Nice room, old but we'll and modernly furnished. The personnel is great,the make you feel as a VIP. I always like to go back.
