Love the location of this hotel. Clean room amd friendly service staff. Will go back there if we visit Brussels again.
The staff was outstanding across the board. They spoke great English, were extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. The hotel was right next to a subway, within walking distance of the main part of town, and it was quiet as long as there were no police/ambulance sirens going off. I was very impressed, and it's hard to impress me. The restaurant was delicious too. I had at least 6 different dishes there, and every one of them was top notch.
Very convenient position of Hotel for getting about.
Lots of roadworks which hide the Hotel somewhat, however we managed and were not inconvenienced.
Breakfast was well worth the money, only had one evening meal there and it was a huge meal.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet.
Front staff all very helpful to to senior Australians. 🇦🇺
We only stayed 1 night. Room was nice and clean. Close to nearby shops / restaurants. Breakfast was good and the man working was only too happy to help. Girl on front desk was very helpful & knowledgeable
Fairly average. Reasonable cost for stay but breakfast for all of us was nearly the cost of staying the night. Easy enough to eat at a cafe nearby. No room entertainment which was unusual for this star level. Good facilities and polite staff
Nice Hotel in the City Center.
Parking your car is really easy thanks to an parking next to the hotel (you have to pay, but it is not expensive compared to Brussels parking prices)
rooms and bathroom are really modern and clean.
The Spa is small but ok to relax after a journey of exploring. (But NOT to recommend for an entire day)
We had the best hotel experience of our lives at the Brussels Novotel (Saite-Catherine). Clean rooms, Friendly staff, great room service, super safe, nice breakfasts and the Gourmet Bar was wonderful. We really loved how it took our room card to not only open our room door but to also operate the elevators. This made us feel very safe and secure while in our room.
Hotel is in a great location for access to all of the centre of the city. Receptionists were very helpful and efficient. Hotel was spotlessly clean. We had rooms at back of hotel overlooking the church which was nice and quiet. In fact it was so quiet in the hotel that you easily forget that you are in the heart of a city. Restaurants and bars close to west side of hotel were convenient . Underground station just a short walk away.
Same as all novotel hotels very pro and helpful staff and meets up with novotel standards
I'm from a Bank and was attending a course from ICMA. My room was comfortable, no issues to report. The course breaks were fine, very well done finger food! The coffe was an issue which was solved with a ingenious workaround (adding a new coffee machine), which indeed was even better than the others! Lunch sometimes was too crowd. But it only happened in two occasions out of five. Deserts were very good, even when no small spoons were provided.
It does what it says on the tin.
It's a Novotel in Brussels!
Gym is underground and has enough stuff. Pool is underground too and has showers, changing rooms, lockers and (bizarrely) sun loungers.
Easy enough to get to from the metro. Short walk to anything in the centre of Brussels.
Only got coffee in the bar. All nice. Hotel near centre and near good dining districts.
Always a great place to stay. Great location, Very central, close to everything.
My only reason for four stars instead of 5 is the gradual decline in variety at breakfast (most recently the loss of orange juice!) And the (rather extortionate price of breakfast). Otherwise, clean, safe, comfortable and reasonable.
The immediate surrounding area, especially around St Catherine's Square, has lots of good Belgian restaurants.
