Its a nice hotel but when you actually get into the rooms they are kind of antiquated and we were even upgraded so that seemed odd? The staff was AMAZING though so that made up for it.

Checked in. Complained about aircon not working. Maintenance person said its fine. Got new room. Same issue. Checked out within the hour. No apology, etc. Was charged full price. To this day, after 2 months no apology. Also quality of rooms is 1980's style. Terrible hotel!!!!!

The restraunt/bar was great! The hotel was quiet and not crowded. Staff was very helpful. The rooms and carpeting could use some updating.

Staff is nice. Room service is okay. Neighbourhood is good. The rooms are obviously dated with little sound proofing as I was able to hear doors opening and closing all night.

Pretty hotel near the luxury stores in Brussels. The staff is well trained and always happy to help. Rooms are ok and they have a nice small garden (it's hard to find a hotel in the center of the city who has a garden).Perfect for business trips or romantic weekends.

Great price for great accommodation. Especially for Brussels! Prices range between 70€ and 180€ depending on season. Considering that some hotels in Brussels take 90€ a night for a one star hotel, this place is actually a bargain.

The rooms are big with good queen- or king-sized beds. Of course they are also clean and include wifi, TV and even ironing boards and irons.
The staff is even friendlier than in Asian countries and they speak several languages fluidly.
It lies in a lively area but the rooms are quite. The big advantage of the area is the multitude of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. You can find very upscale restaurants with starters starting from 30€ upwards but as well places where you can have a simpler and more affordable but still great dinner.

I cannot stress enough the staff of the hotel. They really give you the feeling of being welcome and that you're a very special person to them without being over the top with their behavior.

Tip: if you pay in advance while booking you can save some money.
