  A beautiful location set in a quite town. Lovely for events/weddings etc..
  Took a while to locate it.

  It's not a super hotel The room are very cold, the music in the doorway it's too loud. the breakfast is very small. The wifi is of poor quality and the mobile connection is very very bad due to the size of the wall.

  A unique location. Very quiet. A good way of exploring the area is to rent some bikes.
  The small town of Sluis is close enough for a day trip.

  sauna facility - they have 2 saunas, 1was closed. You do not get extra towels for the sauna..
  Rooms are really great. Very nicely made. If you shower, prepare for a wet floor. Towels are old and worn down. You are not getting nice thick ones.
  Breakfast was bad, when we complained, it was improved instantly.
  Restaurant - we advise to eat elsewhere. Menu is very limited. Food is pre-cooked and then heated. Service is questionable. Atmosphere is not nice. Oh, and you get over charged for whatever you take.
  Check online for cheap deals; we paid 120 a night excl dinner; there were people there that paid 99 per night incl. dinner..
  Overall, it is a place never to return.
