The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the train station and to the old town. The room was clean and cozy. But at night the horrible smell of canalization was spread around the room. We opened window but it doesn't help, and actually it was already quite cold at night in October. It was not really smart to make shower exactly in the hotel room. So if you decide to stay in this hotel, check if there is no smell from the pipes in the shower.

The room was clean, the location was good and the breakfast was decent. Otherwise, it was a bit disappointing.

The bathroom was run down, the bathtub was very slippery, the hair dryer was not working properly; moreover, the decor of the room was weird and the bed not as comfortable as in other Ibis Hotels.

In addition to this, on my 1st evening, right after my arrival, I was really exhausted, alone, and I hoped to be able to have something to eat at the hotel. I asked the staff if I could have dinner there, and I was told that the restaurant was fully booked, and therefore I had to go elsewhere. This was particularly disappointing, as they could have, at least, suggested that something to be served as room service.

This would all have all been OK if the price were lower. So I'd advise the hotel to either address the issues or reduce the rates.

Ibis Brugge Centrum is in a fantastic location, 15 minutes from the train, the city centre easily accessible. The hotel is clean and straightforward, the rooms as welcoming as the staff. My only annoyance is that the stairs are for emergency use only, the lift has to be used all the time. Bear that in mind when booking and request a ground floor room if you need.

The hotel was well located for exploring Bruges. Clean tidy rooms, comfy bed, basic but fine for short stay and pretty good value for money. Great breakfast choices & friendly staff.

We go to Brugges at least 4 times a year and always stay at this hotel.
Staff are always friendly and helpfull.
Hotel is very close to all attractions.
Car parking next door and very reasonably priced.

A budget hotel in a very central location in Brugge, the room was comfortable, bed fine and in general with good facilities. Aircon was a bit noisy but very welcome. We did not have breakfast as this is very expensive, but there are several cafes within walking distance where coffee and croissant can be found at half the price. It was excellent to have secure parking on site for a reasonable charge. The area around the Ibis / Novotel complex is looking a bit "tired", with paving slabs and general decoration needing repaired. We would happily return to the hotel, and recommend it for a budget experience in Central Brugge.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The bar area is well stocked and fairly priced. Great experience, perfect for a short break stay.

Good location, between the train station and the city center, 15 min away from both. Breakfast is not included and it costs 15 euros per day per person. No coffee maker or water boiler in the room. Nice staff.

The staff are very friendly and speak good English. The rooms are clean, comfortable and basic but have everything you need. Shower gel/shampoo and soap are included with the room. The bed is amazingly comfortable and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was also included with a large selection including a make your own waffle facility. Plenty of juices to choose from and got drinks also available. Mainly a continental breakfast rather than a full English.
The location is good, a short walk from the Christmas markets and the main shopping areas.
