Great place and service. The rooms really clean and the hotel facilities are great, playing with antique and new style. The people at the reception are really kind and very hospitable

Affordable room, comfy beds although a twin bed was not an option due to broken joining zipper. The mini kitchen was a nice surprise. View over Brugge is okay as well. The clockworks of the Belfort do not disrupt any night's sleep. Shower is a bit moisty, in the high corners some old mold can be seen if you're picky. A bit outdated, but perfect location.

It's old & tired & noisy, "I can't properly close the window, so I can see the Belfort Tower" VS Charming, amazing location, super friendly service, good breakfast buffet and "I can't properly close the window, so I can see the Belfort Tower'! You choose.

Though its centrally located, its a very poorly kept hotel with old and dirty rooms, toilets. Very difficult to move luggage. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing location, we had the large the person room that was more than adequate for three adults.
If you want to see all of Bruges and have a budget, you couldn't do any better than this place for the money.
Breakfast was a good selection of continental fare.
The decor is a little dated but for the price, location and breakfast I have to give it five stars.response / report this review -

I stayed in a small double bedroom with my mother, probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been in.
the good is the location and the price.
The bad: the carpet was disgusting, I was afraid to even walk bare feet , the bathroom was awful, the fan extractor didn't work so it was very humid after a shower and it stayed basically very damp the whole day, the bathroom again was already smelling horribly of damp even before using the shower, the basin had a cracklike someone said it does need renovationthey allowed me to check in early with no extra charge on the price, but when i left i asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience i had, the smell was really unpleasant to stand , the manager offered me a 10% discount then, but she needed my bank details, i m not sure why she could just no put it straight back in my card, so she said she would have sent me an email for it..I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. so here's my reviews quite negative especially considering that did not give a damn about an unsatisfied customer..
One tip: spend more to get a better service, it was the only hotel available at that time when I booked in december last year 2016 last minute.response / report this review -
