Warm & friendly welcome. The staff remembered me by my first name the following day which was nice. Centrally located for walking around Brugge & footsteps from the Halve Maan Brewery. Plenty of bars on restaurants very close by. Superb breakfast, hot & cold food - everything you could want. Lovely rooms with some very nice views of the local landmarks. The hotel is perfect!

Great location right in the centre of the town with plenty of restaurants and bars around etc. I stayed in a single bed economy room and it was very nice, clean, soft bed and a decent price. Would recommend for the price point.

While we were lucky enough to stay in a number of really nice hotels and inns in Belgium, this one is definitely my favorite. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were typically Belgian – which is to say very warm and friendly. A picturesque 12 minute walk along cobblestone streets to the historic market and yet far enough to be away from the crowds of sightseers, the location on the narrow street is perfect. It is also within feet from a number of good restaurants, including my very favorite Restaurant De Wijngaert. I look forward to returning, however I might park elsewhere and cab or walk to the hotel – the reviews are right, the parking garage is quite hard to navigate. All the same, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. What a gem.

Close to the centre of town very clean and great helpful staff. Outside an old building but inside very modern. I would highly recommend it.

Stayed for one night; it was great! Comfortable beds, great location. The A/C was a bit strange- only had options for on/off and low/med/high temperature- and despite turning it on, I never noticed any air blowing. But it wasn't really an issue due to the cool temperatures outside. Overall, I'd recommend it!

Excellent rooms and a spectacular breakfast.

Location is terrific. Few min walking to all the attractions.

Staff was friendly, place was clean and price very reasonable.

We came over New Year which means all hotels in Bruges hike their prices massively so maybe I'm just bitter at paying almost £150 per night on average for 4 nights in a 'superior' room - it's definitely not worth anything close to that and I shudder to think what contributes an inferior room in this place.

The reception staff and area are nice - welcoming and comfortable. The rooms however, not so much. You don't get a mini bar, milk for your brews (except for some vile concoction in a sachet) or even a shower that isn't large enough to shower in without liberally drenching the rest of your property in water. Our view from the window was straight into a wall and let in zero natural light.

On a positive note the beds are large and comfortable so I guess that's all you need. Definitely don't pay £150 per night for the privilege though.
