Basic and cheap. 20 minute walk from the city was longer than we anticipated but good if you're arriving from the station and leaving from there like we were. The rooms were more spacious than we anticipated

Basic room. Breakfast is NOT included. 9.50 Euro charge. Entrance is on the east side but is not well marked. The easiest way to find the entrance is to exit the train station on the east side (towards the center part of Bruges). There is a long flight of stairs going up on the right side. There is an escalator but it doesn't always work. At the top of the stairs keep going straight. The are 2 small elevators and a long flight of stairs about 50 meters on the right. The entrance to the hotel is on that level.

When I arrived the staff wasn't polite and nice at all. They didn't want to take my 500€ note. I can understand if they don't have enough change. I told them to give me a part the first day and give me the rest the day after, they said even for that they don't have enough. Then I told them I will pay tomorrow after my night I would have change. The man say very aggressively "no, you won't". Then, after a 4 hours trip, they didn't want to help more, they let me go to the train station shops to find someone who would accept to do the change for me. I was very disappointed about your service.

Location is very good. Close to the city centre.
The good points of the hotel are the friendly and helpful staff. The room itself is nice. Good bed and shower. Breakfast is good value for money!
The only negative points are that the room has not been cleaned properly, even though we had reported the cleaning issues to the receptionist. They also need more attention to details.response / report this review -

Excellent budget or business hotel located 200 metres from the station. Don't follow the Google map path, there is a shorter direct path. Room and bathroom well appointed. Bathroom friendly for elderly or disabled, very thoughtful. Efficient check in.

The room was good and suitable for a good night sleep. The layout of the bathroom and shower is only suitable if you don't mind whomever you are staying with seeing you without clothes. It was the best option for a late check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean airconditioned and quiet.

The location is very good, right next to the train and bus station and only 20min walk into the centre of Brugge. The recommended car park (the station car park) is only €3.50 per day and this also gives you access to a free return bus into the centre (for car driver and passengers). The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the shower isn't in a separate room and is in the bedroom with frosted glass.

This is not a good place to stay in the summer. It is cool outside but the room is not and the window opens only about 1". Saying they have A.C. is a stretch since there is a block to prevent it from going to a setting below 15. Other than This, great clean rooms. Small with no extras, but if I weren't boiling it would have been a great stay.

Staff was professional and attentive.
Location is just perfect, nearby the train station and buses, 10 min walk outside the historic area, but accessible by walking or cycling.
Breakfast buffet 7.5e and acceptable. Variety of bread, ham cheese, fruits, donuts, yogurt and cereals. Though the juice was honestly terrible.
Rooms were definitely disappointing, 80e, acceptable bed and pillows but super small and missing many basic needs. no place to hang towels, no place to put the shampoo or soap inside the shower, toilet door doesn't hermetically close, lights turn off every 30 secs leaving you in the dark, ac doesn't cool, Windows don't open entirely. No place to hang or put your suitcase work backpack.

The biggest problem is a cultural difference. The rooms are great, the location is unbeatable. The price is a nice relief. In the room though, the shower is in the sleeping area with the small sink. The only privacy is the small enclosure for the toilet itself. You have to be fairly intimate with your roommate(s)
The breakfast buffet is actually the best bet within walking distance, the selection is nothing astonishing, but cold cereal, toast, coffee, fruit, youghrt and some cold cutsresponse / report this review -

Great location only a short walk into town through the beautiful park. Good clean rooms, bit hot as air conditioning was rubbish. Get a room away from railway line. Good breakfasts with plenty of options.

Convenient for the station and next to a car park, ibis centrum station is about a km flat scenic walk from the center of bruges. Rooms are small but clean and functional.

The room is extremely compact. No privacy for shower, its a glass box by the bed. No car can get to the door, so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared for walking a while.

Amazing value, fully functional small clean rooms and a comfy bed!! 20 min walk to city centre through a beautiful park. The car park (which is the station car park) cost 7 euros for a 2 night stay! Again, great value. Well done Ibis!
