Good sized rooms. Decent breakfast. No security cameras outside the hotel.

Bad. Bad. Bad. Spend the extra 20 EUR and go across the road to the many other hotels on this street. Apart from the terrible decor and amenities the breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff are nice. But so are front desk staff of any hotel, even ones cheaper than this.

Terrible. Zero ventilation in room. Sheets feel (and smell) dusty and dirty. Heater was broken and wouldn't turn off even when you turn it off. Spent most of the evening sweating comforted only by the breeze from the traffic fumes below my window. I have stayed in many hotels, including many in developing countries and this is by far worse than the worst of those -- which is surprising given it's Brussels.

Definitely cannot recommend it - it's shabby and not very clean Without being asked I was accommodated in a smoking room which I refused. The staff was polity though and allowed me to use the luggage room for a day more.

No proper ventilation, no bathroom amanities If I had a chance to do it again i would spend the extra €20/night and stay across the street @ Thon Hotel instead of this dump!

Clean well maintained hotel.
Very friendly service.
I was there from 30 November to 4 December 2013 recommended.
