Great price, friendly staff and very clean. Some people were complaining that "the rooms were on the small side" but our room was spacious enough. Remember that you are in Brussels, the capital of Belgium and that finance, big business, multinationals surround you.

Lcation: perfect and nearly on top of the big shopping streets. Very friendly staff will help you on your way if need be.

In short if you are planning a stay in Brussels to visit the place, this is the best base of operations. near public transport, easy accessible and near all the great things Brussels has to offer.

A very friendly nice hotel in a center location in Brussels. My only comment is that the hotel rooms need urgent rennovation. The staff are very friendly and helping.

Did not have executive level or lounge, but did hold an event for diamond guests. Beds are odd and hard for side sleepers. Needs updating in rooms. Great location and friendly staff. Plenty of cabs in front of it plus metro.

Nice hotel in Central Brussels. Lost a star because the pillows kind of sucked, but you may like them. If you get in a room and can't figure out how to turn on the lights, you have to put your key card next to the door for them to come on. Desk didn't tell us.

Lovely hotel just on the edge of main shopping area. 10 minutes walk to grand place . Easily accessible by tube and train. Definitely worth a visit

The best house keeping so far in any Hilton I have stayed.they have the right amount of shower gels and shower caps and towels placed. The hotel is very centrally located and the staff is very good!!! I would highly recommend this place for travellers into Brussels!!!

clean, but not to be recommended.
the nights here were extremely expensive (I paid 200 per night), and the room i got is right by the railway tracks and a big streat (so no calm evenings) and the breakfast is not even included. The staff is very polite and nice, but this can't make up for the room that has the size of Harry Potters bedroom at the Dursley house. I'm pretty sure there are better hotels nearby with more value added.

Hotel is in a great location, near the train station (Gare de Nord) and easy walking distance to shopping and historic areas. The hotel restaurant and breakfast areas and food as excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service has been excellent, not complaints. I will stay here again.

Very good. Very close to the city center. Comfortableaffordable People working there are very kind and professional. Some of them are Greek. I will visit again.
