After years of coming here, it feels like home away from home. As I've stated to know the staff, I find them warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel itself keeps getting better, with a cool game room (shuffleboard, darts,fooseball,etc) and finally the are irons in the rooms (a weird miss for years). Breakfast is great, but be aware there is no other good service.

The hotel is conveniently located, next to a metro station and a 12-minute walk from a train station. The breakfast is also the best I've had at a hotel, and priced well when booked in advance as part of the room reservation. However, the rooms could use updating and hotel interiors are not very inviting. Basic room amenities like shampoo and soap are not included.

Great location but very filthy and poorly maintained. The first room we were in was unacceptable - there were random stains on the wall, including some that looked like poop and water stains on the bathroom fixtures. The sheets were covered in previous occupants hair. When we complained we were readily given another room (the view was much worse) that was barely any cleaner and had random cracks in the walls. We gave up on complaining at this point and sucked it to for our 3 night stay. The location is great, close to both the Bruxelles Nord station and the city center but if don't stay here if you're looking for something nice, you get what you pay for.

It was a clean and nice room but the breakfast was not good personel were helpful the location was good 10 minutes walk to city center and a metro station in front. Only 5 minutes walk from nord station.

Local location, very helpful staff but the rooms were incredibly hot without any options to improve the situation as the AC appeared not to work. The reception did provide a fan though which made up for some of it.

The hotel is modern with colors, a great quantity of elevators and very big. The personnel is very attentive. The rooms are great with daily coffee to make, great heating. Request rooms up the fifth floor to avoid noises.
