  Super service. The free tea and coffee/cake in the lobby is a nice touch. Fantastic central location and extraordinarily helpful staff. Rooms were clean, crisp and nicely maintained. Would definitely visit and stay again.

  Comfortable stay hidden from the crowd. Hotel is 10 minutes away from the Grand place. Beds are comfortable. Mini bar is empty apart from the 2 free bottle of water given every day. However there is some coffee and tea available. Breakfast choice is limited especially for Asian and middle East customer.

  Beautiful space in a great neighbourhood. Quiet rooms. Bathroom has heated floors.

  This hotel has a great bed but… .the heater cannot be managed by the user. Only reception can setup.
  Sorry but my confort is mine and I won't return again.

  Good hotel except for the fact that the 'classic room' has no door inbetween the bathroom and bedroom, which basically gives you almost no privacy in there

  Under new management, this hotel is a stylish upgrade from the hotel that used to be here. Great design. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
  
  The hotel is on the pricier range compared to others in the area.
  
  I didn't not like the ground floor room. Way too much street noise.

  Very nice hotel. Very close to the city center. Employees are very nice. Most of them speak spanish, so it's very recommendable for spaniards.
