Amazing hotel for couples and families stay, good space in the room but the toilets should be more ventilated.. and house keeping didn't clean the room for 2 days, you will need to ask them

Nice apart-hotel centrally located. Sosan on reception and the lovely girl from Barcelona (Sorry forgot your name) were very kind and professional. We were celebrating a 40th Birthday and the hotel left a gift in the room so this was a nice touch.

My only suggestion would be to change bins in the rooms daily as there is a once a week housekeeping policy, this would help keep the rubbish down. On a 3 night stay we didn't feel like we missed a daily service, but we're aware you can ask for additional house keeping at a surcharge.

Over all great stay.

Good location, rooms were fine but small & didn't reach the expectations from the photos we saw. Friendly staff. The real problem with our room was the smell of the toilet room like it was not cleaned in days.

Nice apart-hotel. No luxuries, but all the basics are covered. The reception is always super helpful.

Really nice value for the money you pay. We stayed 3 nights so didn't really need cleaning. Friendly staff in the reception. Nothing really to complain about except for the beds, which were really hard and the wifi was a bit slow. Good location, close to a Metro station.
