The room was clean, but really small. You could hear everyone else in the hotel if the window was open, and since it was warm and there was no fan or AC, the window had to be open. But the location was really good - a short walk to the city center and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were available to answer questions and give directions.

Besides the fact we only stayed 1 night. The hotel was pretty lousy besides the comfortable beds it has a small smelly bathroom and the tv was old I didn't think anyone uses those kind anymore not even digital! And the staff were rude when we checked out calling our room 10 minutes before we even could. Spare of the moment place really.

10 minute walk to most attractions in Brussels.
Good place to stay.
Beds are not so comfortable.

I did the check-in in my mother tongue (Portuguese).
I was very happy overall. The room it's small but does the trick, and for the price I think you can't have better.
The shower had really low pressure! The tap had normal pressure, but I don't know why they limit the shower.
The room is cleaned everyday and the bathroom is small but does the trick.

Nice Hotel in a slightly run-down area about 10 minutes walk from the historical center. Great breakfast and nice lobby. If you get a room facing the street it can be bit noisy. Several subway stations are nearby.
