Fantastic hotel, lovely staff very helpful and friendly. Really good choice at breakfast and a superb bar with great cocktails.
Situated just of the main Square idea for all restraunts shops and bars, the canal ride is just at the back of the hotel also.response / report this review -

Great location. Room more than sufficient. Told that 4-star hotels do not have luggage service in Belgium. Desk service helpful.

Cant say enough about this BEAUTIFUL hotel. Beautiful lobby, gorgeous Bar and lounge. Rooms were plush and comfortable, large for European standards. Safe available in each room. Very helpful staff, reasonably priced. You wont break the bank for the luxury. We didnt eat at the hotel as the breakfast was 25 Euros, however we were told it as quite good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved the atmosphere, people are smiley, all the staff talks English, they have a gym, sauna and steam baths free for the guests, and you can take an appointment for massages that aren't really expensive (from 35 to 65 euros). For breakfast we had everything anyone could wanna eat - salty and sugary. They have nice bar, with nice, normal price drinks. Even the mini bar is not expensive, as you may expect from a place like this one. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable (actually, I would have loved if my bed was a bit harder, but that's only my taste). All in all, I warmly recommend. P. S. The thing that surprised me was the coffee and tea machine in the room. I didn't expect that.

Great location very close to city centre and all attractions. Lovely, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast but no evening meals - bookings are taken for the restaurant at their sister hotel - but there are plenty of good eating places in the City.

Great stay! The most fluffy bed and pillow ever. The room offered two glasses of Cava(Spanish champagne) on checkin. Great breakfast spread too. 1 min walk from Burg and is accessible by bus too.

Overall 5 Stars
We were in the well designed annex on the top floor overlooking the canal. The room is sloping roof with Dormer window a too much brown wood for my liking, but otherwise fine. Safe and well stocked fridge, couch etc.
+ ves. Close to centre, pleasant, clean and tidy, good continental breakfast, comfy bed, adequate space in room.
- ves. No food available after breakfast., so if you arrive late bear that in mind. Staff seemed slightly aloof at times. Wellness centre is deceptively large on line.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is great. The rooms are a bit dark, brighter lights should be installed. The amenities, sauna and steam room are nice. It the gym is lacking. Wifi is extremely fast throughout the entire hotel.

Beautiful hotel, excellent and friendly staff, great location. Can't say a bad comment or review about this hotel. The breakfast that was included in our booking was well worth it and is more than just a typical breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here every time we're in Bruge. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning town with brilliantly friendly and helpful staff. I stayed here on a surprise birthday trip and will definitely come back. Their wellness centre is a great place to relax and take a break from the spectacular town vistas and strong beers. You can't beat the location either. Perfect hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here. Couldn't have made a better choice. Great location for the marketplace, all the tourist spots and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was lovely. Not many hotels get breakfast right (not sure why). Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Bruges.
