The room was really comfortable and thr location was excellent, right in the centre of the city. Staff was very helpful as well!

We went here as a team event, so I didn't interact with the staff much directly. My room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had good choices. Staff seemed friendly.

A pleasure to stay at overnight. Comfortable bedding in a room stocked with small but complimentary water, chocolates and aromatherapy sprays. Right in the middle of town, friendly service, nothing at all to complain about.

Great place in a fantastic location. Rooms were large and very high quality. Nice choice of food at breakfast and the spa/pool facilities were also good. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean & spacious, and the beds are super comfy. We ate the first night in the hotel on the pavement bistro and the food was superb! Very attentive waiters who were there when needed but not rushing you. As for other things the hotel offer, the minibar isn't pressure padded so can be used to keep your items cool without trying to explain you haven't emptied it. And the TV has a good selection of international channels as well. Recommended for a visit to Brusges

Great room! Incredible view of the square. Bathroom had a rain shower! There's a pool, sauna, fitness room and steam shower on the too floor.

Under this hotel are some ruins which are pretty beautifuland cool itseems like this space can be rented out for functions (which would be pretty sexy!)
