Very comfortable accommodation. The room was spacious and comfortable, the washrooms clean. Hotel was centrally located, a close walk to everything in the historic centre. Staff was helpful.

Great staff. Great help finding dinner and places to go. Ask for a room that does not face the canal or courtyard due to late night noise.

Rooms are clean but smaller than the pictures on the website show you. Especially the shower is super small. It's like showering in a closet. Also the walls are very thin. So you can hear your neighbours talking pretty clear. The breakfest was okay but nothing special. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is great. In my opinion the rooms aren't worth the high price.

Nice place to stay in Bruges, two minutes away from centre and very quiet. The room is small but it's warm and cosy.

Fantastic location, great prices, great people working in there But the bathroom inside some rooms is simply unacceptable!!!! It's a very very very small cabin with toilet and shower, and it spoiled my whole experience there. Maybe ok for people travelling alone, but terrible for couples The hotel website should have mentioned that!

I stayed here with a friend for my 30th birthday. The location is very central. Within walking distance of everything in town. The room was comfortable and cute. The view from the courtyard is beautiful. Loved the experience and would go back!
