Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff made the visit very pleasant and even helped with setting out sightseeing plans. The rooms are nice, but seems a bit dated in décor. Bathrooms are well designed and equipped. Even has free WiFi.

The bed was so big I needed a taxi to get to the other side to hug my partner(: very comfortable too. Clean room with non of that room freshener nonsense that are an onslaught to my olfactory faculties, lovely breakfast choices, the staff was helpful, friendly, professional and multilingual. The hotel is very central. I loved it. (^__^) (thank you Björn)

Nice hotel. Only the shower was a mission impossible. Being on the 3rd floor, the roof is part of the ceiling. Result: shower placed under the roof lining so you can't stand up.

Lovely place, staff are all helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. Includes a spa and gym which are both up to high standards. Breakfast is nice, lots of selection. Also free WiFi which is very good in the day, but can sometimes be slower at night. Does not serve dinner or Lunch, but that's not a problem as there are many good restraunts very nearby. Great location, only 2 minutes away from the main square. Overall a very pleasant experience which I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay whilst in Bruges. The staff were approachable and professional, rooms spacious and clean throughout, which had a luxurious feel. The breakfast was also brilliant as there was a large range of foods, including fruits on offer; the coffee was also great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff with nice well equipped rooms. The building itself is gorgeous and we had a little explore 💕
We were very impressed with the buffet breakfast. We thought it would just be a basic continental breakfast but we were pleasantly surprised to find apart from a nice selection of pastries and cold meats there was smoked salmon, pate and cooked stuff as well like bacon, sausages, beans, mushrooms and scrambled eggs.
The best thing about this hotel though is the location. It's literally a few minutes walk from Burg Square (we actually managed to spot the hotel when up the Belfry) so it's not so close to all the actions that it gets noisy at night but close enough to pop back for a rest if you get tired exploring the beautiful city.response / report this review -

I absolutely loved this hotel and strongly recommend it. The location is very central, the rooms and common areas are beautifully designed and curated in every details, and the staff was very efficient and helpful. Their breakfast was also very good!

Room was meant to be an Executive Twin room (supposedly capable of having a third bed if needed but was so small the two single beds were squeezed in side by side. Staff were totally unhelpful and just demanded an extra €49 per night for a bigger room. Added to lies told, promises broken and general value for money this is a hotel to avoid -- lots of better hotels and better value for money hotels exist in the area.

Great room with a powerful shower in the bathroom and air conditioning that worked! Staff were helpfully when looking for plenty of ice for water bottles (was on a cycling tour). A good base for exploring Brugge.
