Conveniently located for arrivals via Eurostar or short trip by train from Brussels airport. Rooms are clean, staff helpful. Perfect for business travellers.

Loved it! The staff was quick, efficient and friendly. We showed up after midnight, there was a doorbell and attendant who answered immediately. They were very informative and accommodating. Rooms were immaculate and beds were SO comfortable. The day we stayed there was a market outside, SO MUCH FUN! All kinds of cool stuff and friendly people! Would definitely recommend!

The location is next to the train station but not in a safe area. Outside the hotel at night you will find people sleeping on the streets. The room appears to be clean but make sure you check your bed. I removed the decorative throw on the bed and found urine. I do not recommend this location.

Very nice modern hotel, perfectly located (2min walking distance from the Brussels train and metro station) extremely friendly staff, breakfast was exactly as per novotel standard and had the chance to enjoy a perfect drafted local beer at the hotel garden/ courtyard.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff on the front desk were polite and informative. Breakfast however was an extreme disappointment, after going downstairs at 10.00 when breakfast is finishing at 10.30 to find they've already started to pack away and continue to do so plus what was left of the hot food was cold and distasteful.

All in all a comfortable but not extraordinary stay. I was impressed by the breakfast each morning - a good selection was available. Room was cleaned every day to a high standard. My room was in the back and so very quiet but as a result had no view to speak of. Staff were friendly. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day.
