Pour service, unfriendly. Booked by phone and not informed for the extra costs involved. But a great location. The wellness is pretty pour.

My business was here for a conference recently and it was the perfect venue. Great for big (100+) meetings. Good food and very luxurious rooms.

A bit away from things but lovely place, surrounded by green spaces and woodlands. Food was superb, staff quite polite. Great rooms - had almost floor to ceiling windows with fab views

We were very unpleasantly surprised when we got our bill at the end of our stay. We were told we could have breakfand that the dog was welcome. Only, when we were paying the bill, it turned out all of this was not included in the price. We had not been informed about this. Also, upon arrival we were told we could pay with electronic eco cheques, which turned out not to be true in the end! The hotel is too expensive for what it's worth.

In the green and tranquil surroundings of La Hulpe, Brussels lies the Dolce hotel. Although not a new building the architecture is modern spacious and light. I stay here regularly for business. The service is very good and professional. For me this good place to work, relax and entertain guest at 20 minutes from the airport and Brussels main business and public centers.

Great SPA and Conference facilities. Amazing nature territory around the hotel. Good for both - weekend getaway and business conference.
If you're going for btrip take time for visiting CINQ MONDES SPA. I recommend facial 💆 massages.response / report this review -

Nice, quiet, modern hotel. Great service and knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is it is not near anything. Be ready to either use a taxi or drive. Otherwise closest town is a 45min walk. Taxi to Brussels center is 50 euro

The place is nice and calm. However, the hotel's staff made a lot of mistakes. I booked a suite with an option to get a view towards the forest and when we got there, they told me there were no suite with a view toward the forest and they would have to downgrade us to get such a view so we got a suite with a view toward the parking lot! Alright. I also booked an option to get chocolates and nice things to surprise my wife. It was not in the room when we arrived, they forgot Although the staff was nice to me, these are poor standards for the price I paid. I will not come back.

The surrounding forest is wonderful for a walk or run of any distance you want. You can run past Chateau de la Hulpe and its lakes. It's amazingly remote for being so close to Brussels.

I joined the training course here. The room is spacious and clean. Meeting room and facilities are well equipped. Nothing near the hotel, so only focused on the training for all days.

A high up forest view on my five visits to the Dolce.
I felt like an ewok!
Great you can see the view from the bathtub too.
Enjoyed the outdoor seating/barbecue space with a lovely draft beer of an evening, not so much in January though. Resteraunt, I can only comment on breakfast as I always had dinner out when staying, it seemed a tad overpriced. Breakfast is good and varied, continental buffet, eggs and bacon etc, I did see sushi one morning I'm sure of it.
Never used the on site spa facilities, while included with the stay I was mostly there on business so cannot comment.response / report this review
