Nice hotel, decent food. We stayed there after our flight was cancelled and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was right beside the airport, so it was very convenient. Not a high end hotel, but clean and decent.

Rooms were above average every way, location is perfect and it was very quiet and peaceful on there. Staff was nice and friendly.Restaurant offers excellent Flemish food. Beer selection in the bar is below average.

Staff was amazing. The gym was awesome and it was to myself. The room was large and comfortable after my travels around Europe and it's only 50 feet away from the airport.

This is comfortable and and close to the airport as one can get, but in short it feels like a chain hotel - an upscale chain, but a chain nonetheless.

*Pro*: Located right at a central airport entrance.
Fine dining and room service available. The blackout curtains work well. The shower is strong and steady. Plenty of restaurants are a short walk away. Service is friendly. Vending machines are available with necessities like phone charging cables and toothbrushes. Usual amenities like free shampoo

*Con*: Price. Rather, the consistent up-charges. It is possible to get a good deal on the room, but everything else is expensive. No complimentary breakfast, amenities like toothbrushes and phone chargers are extra cost. Service is friendly, but the more you pay the more you get. No mint on the pillow. It is like getting good service from a butler with a forced smile. He's doing his job, but expects a good tip for doing the job.

Perfect hotel for stop-over-flights. Just 5 min footpath from the luggage belt of BRU airport.
Quiet and good sleeping guaranteed.
But just 5* prices too.

Hotel Rooms were very clean and staff Friendly. For a European breakfast it was a little better than average. Of course being next to the airport there is not much else around.

Small basic hotel right outside airport. Nothing fancy, just convenient location to airport and metro train. Dining options very limited. Would recommend staying elsewhere unless you need to be right next to the airport.
