Good sportcenter and restaurant.. The swimming pool is a bit old and not always super clean.. They also made the jacuzzi inaccessible to children.. Not a family friendly place.. Good for older people

Too expensive. But warm family atmosphere and all in all we have to admit that it is turning into our second living room. Nice pool and sauna area. Good food in the Greek owned house Resto, nice outside area and not as snobbish as David Lloyd. Happy we can be members and use it many times a week

I think there are two kinds of gym - one that charges you a low membership fee, but then anything else costs quite a bit extra - or one that charges you a high membership fee, that in exchange of some extra service (essentially smiles and free stuff). This gym sadly champions the third type, until now unknown to me. Extortionate membership fee (ok, well) but on top of that anything else costs quite a bit extra: protein shake 6.50 EUR..replacement membership card 15 EURAnd rude reception ladies on top. I'm getting that BasicFit feel, only the budget doesn't match. Really sad.

Specifically asked about the amount of children in the club before joining. The answer was 'Oh, it is empty here after 5 o'clock'. The whole place (gym, pool, jacuzzi, garage) is overcrowded every day until one hour before closing. Once you have paid the outrageous fee they will not even answer your e-mails. It is always classes in the pool and private lessons in the other lanes. Screaming and shouting children in the pool, changing room etc. Avoid the place if you are not desperate for circulating in the garage, wait for an empty shower cubicle, to skip the sauna oncce agaoin (hammam is always brolken) or listen to screaming children.

A particular club with nice welcome that ends once you become the member. Swimming pool can get quite full with classes in almost all lines (reserved by instructors or parents). For fitness classes, many replacement and so far all instructors doing their stuff at the front and not checking the group. In the welcome pack for which you pay over 150 € you get some vouchers which expires after 3 months. To get the welcome pack, I needed to take an appointment only during working days. I confirm what others said that club's flexibility and openness ends once you become a member.

Way too expensive for what it gives. Decent gym and wellness centre but nothing more. There is a very posh bar too that serves food, equally mediocre and over priced.

Nice club with a great gym and an ok pool area. Most of the staff are friendly, and this is particularly true for the cleaning, restaurant and gym staff. Strangely enough, the least friendly experience that I had was with a member of the selling team. The club is clean, and it seems that they try to keep the place clean even during the weekends when it gets pretty crowded in the spa and pool areas. Biggest minus is the pool area, which basically turns into a kindergarten during the weekend, with some parents thinking that everyone needs to listen to their kids scream and shout. Unfortunately, the staff seem to have a hard time controlling the situation even thou the general terms and conditions clearly state that one should not disturb other club members (the actual formulation is quite more extensive and actually threats about being kicked out of the club). The other negative thing are constant maintenance works on something, with works lasting for days or even weeks (hamam not working for days, whirlpool area not working for weeks, 2 times within a couple of weeks no hot running water). With all that being said, it's still the best equipped gym in Woluwe.

I Have stayed the at the hotel

The room was very clean and the bed was excellent

The food in the restaurant was very good.
Al's breakfast was fine, but I think it's all little overpriced for what you can choose of.

The service was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent health and social club, with generally great service.
Took tennis lessons there, with a capable and engaging trainer, on clean courts and well-kept grounds.
Separate pools for swimming, and for kids playing, though the water-spa area is in the same pool as kids' play area. Sauna, IR sauna and steam-room, separate area for relaxing rounds out the pool section.
Regular gym equipment and areas for lessons with a trainer, and possibility to book a coach to review training programs or have 1-on-1 sessions. Gym area is a bit small, but perfectly serviceable.
On-grounds restaurant is handled by a separate entity, and has been hit-and-miss over the years.
