Nice clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. People travelling by car need to use different address as the parking is on the back of the hotel

Comfortable enough hotel, on a quiet street. Close to the motorway but no traffic noise.
Reception staff pleasant, although at times there were queues.
Breakfast pretty good, wide selection.
There’s a bus stop right outside which takes you straight to the European quarter in about 20 minutes and the service was reliable.
Could do with 24h room service and minibars in the rooms though.response / report this review -

Rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom well equipped and spacious. Staff friendly and polite willing to help . No mini bar in the room and not even a small bottle of water or even a flask of tap water in the room! Had a bad headache and cold symptoms asked for some paracetamol they didn't have any and no on-site doctor. No kettle in the room to make some tea . Reception staff offered to get me a cup of tea from the bar which they did . Good customer service but poor on site And in room services.

Room was infested with bed bugs and I was bitten over 170 times the one night I stayed. My family also had bed bugs and scabies attacks o. Their bodies from the hotel stay. Was told it was a known issue for over a week and offered a free nights stay but nothing towards the other effects from the bed bugs. Hotel refuses to rectify these concerns or better sanitate the hotel. I wish I knew how to post pictures.

Rooms en service were okay, breakfast was not that great. Drinks were ridiculously expensive (5€ for Apple juice)

Great Hotel! Clean rooms and bathrooms. laundry is very expensive. could just have bought New clothes instead of left for the Hotel laundry. breakfast is great with very many choices for adults and kids.

Everything to the Hotel is perfect the rooms lovely and clean and plenty of room inside, food excellent staff very polite and very helpful have stayed here many times and will continue to stop lot more as there is not a better hotel than this one;

I was here just for one night. Friendly enough place. The building itself looked a good felt a bit tired. Rooms were okay.

Very basic. Staff was not friendly at all. Breakfast not worth 19 EUR. Dishes and cutlery were dirty for 2 days in a row, quite appalling. Cocktails in the bar were awful - barman did not put any alcohol in them. I would recommend this hotel only of you have business to do nearby.

Great rooms, modern, clean and really wide, good wifi. Good service and breakfast. Bus station in front of the hotel to go to the European neighborhood.
