Evening meal we were not treated as well as other guests. €11.50 breakfast was poor with no water or juices available.

Reasonably close to the airport and cheap. That's where the plus points end! The rooms are very tired and well overdue for modernisation, although fairly clean. The rooms are accessed by narrow staircases with no lifts. They are in a separate block from the hotel reception and cafe. I did not have a meal at the hotel. Yougetvwhat you pay for but this is below the standard I would expect for a comparative price in the UK.

This by far one of the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First, the moment I arrive to the hotel, I notice a sour stintch in the air. As one of the front desk personnel got a little closer, I notice it was an older gentlement that the smell was eluminating from. Second, their computer system didn't show my reservation and I had to contact Travelocity so that they could fax my reservation into them so they wouldn't charge me extra. After getting the room, I went to the room and notice an ordor in the room. It dust bunnies under the bed that I have taken pictures of as well as a bug on the extra blanket that I pulled from the cabinet. It was in November so it was a bit cold, but the heater on the wall pushing out enough heat to heat up a standing room shower. I was so tired that I laid there with no blanket, no heat, just the clothes I came in with in order to lay my head down. I awoke the next morning and notice that the curtains was sheer and anyone can see straight through it and I was on the ground level so anyone walking by the hotel can look in and see the entire room. It was hard to locate, the cab driver drove past it twice because the sign was hidden. I would say try the Sheraton that is connected to the hotel or stay at another hotel in the area, this one please bypass.

Definitely one of the worst hotels I ever had the misfortune of visiting. Especially in winter, when the tiny heater can't get the small room up to any comfortable temperature. The WiFi is slow as a turtle. In fact, I'm sure I saw some turtles overtake it, turn around, laugh about it and speed away once more. The breakfast is a joke for the price. I'm not saying it's terrible, it was one of the past parts, but for some bread, jam and juice you would be greedy to charge 5€, but they want more than twice that.
Bed and shower are the two things I need most in a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and even with two blankets I was cold. The shower is in a bathtub too small for actual bathing, but was otherwise almost ok. Maybe if I had come in summer I would have given it two stars.
