Good airport hotel. Nice rooms of rather original design. Breakfast is better than dinner.

Restaurant was very expressive. Room stank of cigarette smoke, had to open window and turn on air conditioning to get rid of the smell.
However staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a good atmosphere.

What a beautiful, modern hotel! Still had the quaint feeling in the hallways, but the rooms were beautiful! Strange check in/out service though. The girls need better uniforms than flannel pad shirts and blue jeans!

All in all I like the hotel. The entrance and the Restaurant are nice. The employees are really nice, friendly and focused on guest needs. My room is clean and fresh renovated but nothing Special. You can't sleep with windows open because of the noise from coming and going airplanes

The hotel is wonderful, beautiful looking restaurant, very modern, cool hip, menu is great. However, do not order the steak!!! Medium or medium rare is way overcooked. Actually, we ordered mussels as appetizer and asked to have the steak come after the appetizer. Unfortunately, they brought them together and we sent back the steak to avoid having cold food. The steak came terribly overcooked. In good faith, we really tried to eat the steak. It was very tough, no juice left. When we mentioned the disappointment to the waiter, he agreed but ALAIN, who acted like the manager ( and we thought he was as he meddled in the conversation)came to argue with us and said that the steak was cooked as Americans like it. We had an exchange of how medium should be cooked and he kept arguing that dry and juiceless is how medium is cooked for Americans. We just let it go because they were going to argue their case and we lost our interest. Conclusion, order one thjng at a time. The restaurant is beautiful but ALAIN SUCKS!!!!

And the worst part was ALAIN offered my friend a drink, my friend took it. It was a small wine glass size of alcohol and after 15 mins, an indigestion occurred. My friend is throwing up the and is very sick! We called Bianca the receptionist to help me get hot water from the machine and reported the incident.

It was a convenient place to overnight but is starting to look its age. The room was of a satisfactory standard, but corridor carpets on my floor were well past their sell by date. With over 300 rooms it is a very busy International Hotel.

Smart modern hotel. Clean well furnished rooms air-conditioning, Internet TV, safe, coffee machine. Restaurant good choice if slightly expensive but the food was good, service a bit patchy. included breakfast buffet was excellent. There was some one in attendance at the automated checking in/out points to assist. Free pool table.

Clean hotel with pool (a little outdated, but still great for lap swimming) and wellness centre. Executive rooms are very well organized and have all amenities expected (and a Nespresso machine!). The restaurant/breakfast/bar used to be poor but the renovation has fixed the issue and gotten the hotel its 4th star. Only 4 stars because of the kiosk check-in/check-out that is impersonal and generally creates issues. It is meant to speed up the process, especially when airlines crews come in group for check-in/out but more employees would do the job, and it would be a better experience for guests!

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, good restaurant and the free buffet breakfast was very nice. A great place to stay before flying out in the morning. My only complaint isn't their fault, and that is the shuttle that was supposed to come never did. Its a city shuttle and not just for the hotel, so the bus has many stops. I ended up taking a taxi which was not cheap for how close the airport is, came to around 17 euros.

I am a fan of applying technology to simplify experience, however, if it is also accompanied by the complete lack of human touch it is not a pleasing outcome. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, however, on arriving I had to manually troubleshoot issues with the TV system and reconnect all the cables from the wall.

The check in is now automated, you pick up your key after entering booking details, if the systems works it is a fast procedure, but there is nobody to greet you. I am a Spire member, stay every week in ihg hotels in europe. My membership wasn't even noticed by the system. Left me with the same feeling when you enter a parking garage and pick up your ticket. Rooms are fine, keep in mind if you want to hang your suit in the closet, it will not fit the with of the closet.
Probably good for leasure but for my business travel i will pick another hotel next time.

Hotel not bad. Breakfast was lovely. They don't sell tea at the bar real shame, everything except English, yet they have it for breakfast.

If you have business in that area of Brussels, it's a fine choice. The food isn't too bad, although the prices are of course definitely on the high end, but that's normal for hotels. The room was quiet and the temperature was easily controlled thanks to the AC.

Great hotel for the price. The room had all we needed for our one-night stay. However, we got there past 11pm and there was no shuttle to the hotel from the airport and the cabs are outrageously expensive. The bar was also not serving food anymore. We used the pool and hot tub and they were really nice and clean. Best part of it: some free beverages and snacks in the room!
