Location is very nice. Rooms are okay, nothing special and the beds aren't as comfortable as most other Marriott's. Executive lounge is awesome with really cool Dutch beers. Breakfast in the restaurant gets crazy and they have trouble keeping up
Great central location for the touristy/old town part of the city. The room we were in was large and comfortable, clean, nothing particularly special but of a good general quality. With our booking we were supposed to get "free minibar", however were told at reception "the hotel no longer had minibars", by which they meant they still had the fridges but nothing in them, and we were instead given vouchers for a free drink each at the hotel bar. Ultimately that feature had not had any bearing on my decision to book the hotel, but it rankled me that the staff at reception presented this as "I have good news, your offer is for free minibar but because we don't have that you get a free drink at the hotel bar instead". It's not good news, it's clearly a worse deal as you get one drink instead of free use of the minibar, and without the convenience of being able to have it in your room anytime. It really didn't matter to me, except that they presented it as "good news". Why use those words? It just seemed condescending. Overall the hotel was adequate and had no real problems other than being a little soulless.
Had a wonderful stay. Front desk was some of the most wonderful I've dealt with for Marriott. Such a nice surprise. Room (royal suite) was very spacious with a great view of the square. Plenty of military police at the edges of the streets (early July.) Not sure if this is a permanent thing or for an event.
Stayed here as part of grand prix weekend. Hotel was stunning. Great location and bed was really comfortable. Definitely would stay again.
Fantastic location, and if you can manage to get a jr suite on the top floor, great views of the market out the port hole windows. The concierge lounge didn't include individual bottles of water, just jugs for everyone to share. As a platinum member, I was given free breakfast in the dining room vs needing to eat from the lounge. The breakfast had many choices including eggs cooked to order.
Had a great stay there. The hotel has an app where you can pre-checkin, making the process really smooth. It's located at very good location, walking distance of pretty much everything.
Great location-2 blocks from Grand-Place, central to many tourist downtown attractions in Brussels. The hotel room was clean and nice. The service was excellent.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Great location, good rates and awesome service. Check-in was a breeze with a trainee who seemed like a seasoned expert. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Executive lounge access is 24 hours with complimentary food and beer/wine from 5:30-7:30 I believe

Nice hotel with a very central location to the main tourist area. Rooms were spacious and we had a nice view of the square. The front desk staff was helpful with pointing out where major landmarks and providing suggestions.
Very nice Marriott in historic building. Staff very helpful. The hotel has underground parking reachable from the back. A little hard to get by car as large areas around the hotel are now pedestrian only.
Great location in the heart of Brussels. Right in front of the old Stock Exchange and the Bourse Metro stop. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are little small, and the TV interface seems clunky, but no real issues with the room. The breakfast includes an omelet station where the chef will make your omelet or eggs to order. The Hotel restaurant is fairly good as well.
Great location. Not only close to the metro and Grand Place but there is a neighborhood on the other side with many good restaurants and bars. Friendly staff throughout the visit.
Nice hotel. Nice room if a little small. Food could have been better but we decided to make the most of Brussels instead. Fantastic staff who were very friendly
