Not open, booked it on Booking.com paid upfront, arrived at reception and was told we were staying at their sister hotel next door hotel Indigo, the room was dirty, shower had not been cleaned, went back to reception and the arranged free drink and organised another room, had to sign a form to have the window open in case I jumped, no bathrobes or slippers, had to request it, 4 small bottles of water in the fridge, not impressed

Good location (close to a number of restaurants, the metro, and shops). Great breakfast. Rooms clean. Friendly staff. Nice lounge bar.

Our room's thermostat didn't seem to work, so it was quite warm even with the window open. A little bit noisy as a main road nearby. Sirens are quite regular.

Good range of channels on the tv, caters for a few different languages.

If you leave a sign on your door saying you don't need your room made up you get a €5 voucher for the bar!

Decent hotel with good facilities and near the North Station with good train links to Midi station and trams across the City. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast caters for everyone with good quality food too. This was a business trip so I wasn’t too bothered about the cost, but it wasn’t great value, as with most hotels in Brussels - it’s a supply and demand thing I guess. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you walk towards the centre and not back towards the North station, which is a bit of a dodgy area.

Pay no attention to any other review. This is all you need to know, best hotel in Brussels. The staff was amazing, my room was massive and I was treated like a king from the moment I walked in the from spinning door. I will be back to Brussels and when I come back this is where I will stay. It truly is Le Palace!!!! I love the bar in front lots of good people and conversation. Keep in mind that this is an event style hotel and they host a ton of meeting room events.there is a park across the street and beautiful fitness room. Great bathroom and amenities. It's a 5 star hotel. I would like a bigger full body mirror in the room I stayed in. Cheers!

Hotel staff very helpful in this central hotel. I was unfortunately robbed in a pedestrian zone late at night. I returned to the hotel and the night staff were amazingly helpful. So grateful. This was July 2014, I won't forget their help

Went there for a symposium, so I didn't try the bedrooms. The meeting rooms are great, well set up. Complimentary stationary and water. Good food at the restaurant.

I was here for a work related conference for a few days. Nice interior, but outside of the hotel is underwhelming. Rooms are nice. Bar is a bit overpriced. Good conference quarters, with lot of options for room arrangements and group working. Buffet lunch was a bit of a disappointment on one of the days (fish tasted old). Restaurant could have better options for seating large groups. Lots of interesting places within walking distance.

Crowne Plaza Le Palace is located at Rogier station which is easy access from both metro and tram, and you are next to the botanical gardens and about a 20 minute walk to Grand Place and the centre of town. You can access the hotel from both the Rogiers square or the Park. The hotel is quite old and the rooms are in need of an update, however they are functional and there are plenty of power sockets and wireless internet works throughout the hotel. All rooms have A/C, safes and fridges. The bathrooms are a good size with plenty of space. There is a small gym on the 3rd floor with a few machines and weights but there isn't much space on top of that. The lobby is nicely decorated and the check in area is next to the park end of the hotel. Across from the lobby is the bar , with nice views over the park and a great Belgian beer collection if you fancy a beer or two. The restaurant is good but pricey but there are plenty of options for food and drinks around the hotel. All in all a well located hotel in the centre of Brussels with good public transport options and friendly staff.

Crown Plaza hotel in Brussels is a very comfortabel nice hotel with a good location. The price is relatively cheap. The building is old but except for some squeeking floor and thin walls (which were no problem at all) the hotel is very cozy. We really enjoyed out stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also no disappointment. Although the scrambled eggs don't look very appetizing they are actually quite tasty. I don't have a single complaint.

Crowne Plaza hotels are always excellent, and this one is no exception. The lobby looks grand and you immediately feel welcome. The hotel staff is very friendly.

My room on the club level was spacious and had everything I needed to relax after work. The bar/restaurant downstairs is medium-priced I would say (then again, it did not seem to be inexpensive outside) , but the quality of the food is very good.

There is plenty of paid parking around the hotel, though Rogier seemed to be the best parking garage as a hotel guest. At least for this garage you can pay the parking fees at the reception and have them add it to your bill. Very convenient.

    Will go there again!

Fine hotel. Don't expect beautiful design, the hotels interior is a bit outdated. Other than that, service is great as are the beds. Great place to stay for a business trip.

Used to be more upscale (and thus much more expensive) place, appeal which can be felt even nowadays. In all, I liked the hotel, staff devotion and especially the rich and diverse breakfast. Two things I didn't like though: late check-in time at 15.00 and hotel needlessly pre-authorizing my card for almost 3 months now since I visited.

This is not a hotel; Horror Movie. The 1 STAR is because its infront of a great part for morning walks else the room lights buttons image is still in my head where it was filled with filth. Staff where friendly to some extent malls and resturants are close by the door man was the best strong loud chap that makes you want to move, good man. If you lived under a bridge and had to come to Belgium dont stay here its almost the same and without air conditioning.

The crown plaza is a run-down, once beautiful hotel. Neither the hotel itself, nor the neighbourhood is where you want to stay. For conferences though, especially larger once it's quite suitable.

Hotel is ok in a very good central location for Brussels. Right next to the metro station and lots of restaurants. Staff very friendly and presentation of the hotel overall including room is very good. Even if the double bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together which isn't really what i was expecting for this hotel. The real thing that lets this hotel down is the food. Food here is not very good at all. Food is of poor quality for a hotel that presents itself as quite up market. When ordering room service a meal that comes with chips. They came in a paper bag next to the plate and they were all shriveled, unappetizing and looked like had been sitting around for awhile then microwaved to warm them up again to be served. After this didn't eat in the hotel again. For dinner went out to restaurants nearby that were 100x better.

I'd sum up this page by saying 'all fur coat and no knickers'. The rooms are tired. They're all wood including the floor which gives it a very cold unwelcoming feeling. It's not particularly comfortable and the sheets had holes in so could do with being renewed. The shower was also very poor and had very little pleasure. The decor also doesn't know what it wants to be. It's neither sophisticated, cosy or calming. It really doesn't know what it wants to be. I wouldn't go back in a hurry.
