The rooms are good but lack basic facilities when compared to other ibis hotels. For this price I would atleast expect a kettle. Staff look unhappy and some are arrogant straight up. Hoped for a better service from ibis.
Is it me, or have most of the chain-related hotels cut down on many of the little comforts (such as a pair of disposable slippers) that used to be the rule up to a few years ago? Perhaps, it is just a regional thing, because I recently visited hotels from the same chains in Asia and Africa, and those little perks are still there. As are more spacious rooms. I agree that these are not resorts, but mostly business-oriented accommodation where you are not bound to spend much more than the night, but it would be nice to move around without hurting oneself against some furniture corner.
I only stayed here for one night, but the overall experience was pleasant.
The room is small, also the bathroom, but it's enough.
The staff is polite and helpful, the hotel is quite close (walking distance) to the center and to the central station.
I would stay there again.
Was fine the first day shocked about the room size like a box.
checking was friendly and really helpful. Night receptionist was so rude to me and to my husband when I asked for extra pillow because I'm pregnant.
I work in hospitality I never seen somone like that. Will never go back.
We arrived today - the first of three nights. The room is extremely small. There is no receptacle for trash. No fridge. No microwave. No coffee in room. No complimentary soap, shampoo etc in bathroom. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.
We were very happy with our stay! The room was a little small but was clean and modern. The staff was super helpful and the location was fantastic. Will definitely stay at an Ibis again in the future!
The hotel is perfectly located. It keeps Ibis high standards in terms of the level of cleanliness. I was amazed with the breakfast - great choice! Service at the reception - very kind and helpful.
The location, facilities and the nominal (not so expensive and not so cheap either) daily rent make this hotel a good proposition in Brussels - a city that does not have too many attractions spread far and wide. All the major sightseeing points are at a walkable distance from the hotel. A lot many options for food and quite a few picturesque spots in the near vicinity make this an excellent choice for travellers
Very nice and functional rooms but on the small side. Great breakfast selection with fresh bread, housemade jams and pastries. Definitely worth the price.
Easy to access hotel and in a great location for our plans. Hotel and room were clean and well appointed. Didn't speak to many staff but those I did speak to were helpful. Great idea to have lockers for bag storage after check-out.
it was great. the staff is wonderfull and very helpfull. the room is clean and nice. the bed was very comfort.
It's an Ibis. But this one has great location to access all the city centre and transport network. Rooms the same the world over, always clean and functional with friendly staff. What more do you want at this price point. Great value for visiting the area.
Well located. Within walking distance to local attractions, or public transport. Rooms comfortable but small. Bathroom especially so. Can't see why you'd bother with the breakfast when there's nicer and cheaper places nearby.
