Bought online - an order for $190. After 12 calendar days nothing. I called to follow it up and "it was lost in the system" and so they said it would be processed that day. It came three days later (fifteen days for a small order). Pretty sad really, no note of apology inside the box and not even a little something to smooth things over (like a small discount coupon for next time, or even a free gift to show goodwill). Pretty bad form to not say sorry at the very least. Think twice before ordering from Zart Art as they are unreliable and can't even jot something on a small note to admit their neglect for a customer.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. Great selection of artist supplies. On the mezzanine level they show off recent student's work which is a nice chilled out space to wander around. Geared mainly to schools it looks like they run regular workshops for art educators - it would be great if they could offer some classes for the ordinary Joe
