My friend and I were after a tallboy/dresser and after comparing rates online found Fantastic Furniture to be the cheapest among Ikea, Kogan and eBay for a combo six drawer dark brown dresser. The stock availability was a bit of an issue and it was not available at the Nunawading Store. To our good fortune, it was stocked at Moorabbin Store. We put one on hold over the phone.

When we arrived the staff were very helpful and patient and showcased us a display model of the dresser. The collection from warehouse was easy and again staff was fantastic and loaded the package in my car. The experience of shopping starting online to receiving my dresser was seamless.

The assembly time of the dresser was long, nevertheless, it was a fun weekend activity and once completed the room looked awesome!

Overall, five star experience from start to the end. Thank you team Fantastic Moorabbin for amazing customer service.

Moorabin store is very rude staff, bought a bed which was faulty key didnt fit the screws, how can they let something like this get sold bunch of rubbish, their reply was it takes 46 weeks for a replacement bunch of gooses

Ordered a couch and they said I will be able to get it delivered a certain day, day came 2 weeks later and they said will have to be the next day! Then I called to confirm and they didn't even book me in!!! So now I have to wait later!!! Never shopping here again!!

Went in looking for a specific peice of furniture, limited staff bit too was Sunday. Little bit of confusion because the can't we wanted was available but only online. We had to buy it from our phone, to then pick it up from out back right then and there.

I'm up at the crack of dawn for delivery. I told them that I hadn't yet received the keys for my new place and won't until 9am yet here they are, delivering before 7am.. Should be a fun wait outside with the bed and couch..
