I have been attending the Clinic for many years, both as a resident of Blackburn and during my work overseas. The Clinic staff are professional and the Practitioners are excellent. It does get busy and patients need to understand that sometimes other patients in front of you need that extra time to have their matter dealt with. I would much rather wait a little more and know that I would also be getting that type of service then to have a rushed appointment. Being patient can also take the pressure of the Practitioners, as they are dealing with some very complex issues as a GP. We put our trust in them, so trust that they too are giving you their best.

One of the best clinics in the area but they know it. They charge, even for follow up appointments that they request you come in for.
The doctors here are quite thorough and the clinic is a busy one so you'll be hard pressed to get an appointment on the day.

Fabulous clinic with lovely reception staff (in the 4 years I've been to this clinic I have never experienced any of the behaviour in these reviews) and exceptional doctors who have done a great job of helping me manage my chronic illness. Always receive an excellent level of care and they have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Would highly recommend.
