Most of the staff are good. Just one of the cashier who is not professional that she didn't understand the promotion and didn't allow me to use the voucher! It really wasted me a lot of time in shopping and her uncertainty in the rules

I went to this pharmacy at around 3.30pm today. I needed a few things and was wondering around. I had to leave after 5 or so minutes without buying anything because the pharmacist (manager?) on site was insane (short old man). He must be the owner of this particular store and all I could hear was him yelling at his staff. THE. ENTIRE. TIME.
He would yell out orders to them, which is fine, but not constantly. To top that, each member of staff had a walkie talkie and the manager would speak into it if he couldn't see a particular member of staff. There was a male member of staff who was assisting someone and the manager harassed him over the walkie asking him what he was doing and why couldn't he see him. This guy is insane. They had a good range, but the he drove me out of the store with his treatment of his staff.response / report this review -

Rang the pharmacy to check a script and found the staff member to be extremely rude. Would stay away from this store.

These guys are awesome - they're so helpful and friendly. I get all my prescriptions done there. Have been going there 2 years and never had a bad experience. They always go out of their way to help.

Worst priceline in the city to be honest. Deals are good but the aisles are so narrow and the shelves are so packed it does not allow for general browsing. If you're going to shop here you'll need to know exactly what you want and where it is to avoid knocking into someone or some display. On the positive note, the bargain basket for makeup has some amazing deals compared to the other CBD priceline locations. Even though this priceline could be on my way home, I don't think I'd go out of my way to stop in.

My used to be Favourite not so much anymore. Prices are higher than in Chemist Warehouse.

Came across a very rude staff, he told me and my friend " if the girl staffs are not with you then you can't touch anything". He also gave us strange stares as we headed outside, I find this very rude and disrespectful towards customers just wanting to swatch the testers!

Went in the morning at 9AM and got told I had to leave as there was no pharmacist.
Even though it was clearly mentioned at the entrance that they opened at 9.
I didn't even want to buy anything at the pharmacist.
Was then told they would open at 10AM, Only to be waiting at the front for an extra 10 mins.
Really irresponsible for the pharmacist to run so late as the whole business is clearly resting on their shoulders.response / report this review
