I double and triple checked my measurements for 3 rooms that needed blinds. I rechecked BOL ordering instructions and increased my measurements to be exact, minus about 3mm for each window and the order was perfect.
The price for the three rooms was less than a quote for only 2 rooms from Bunnings.
The install was pretty easy, though the lentil required a powerful drill and upgraded drill bits. Also, as anchors were needed, the supplied screws were inadequate really to suspend them over the large windows.
The shipment was very fast, and delivery actually faster than bunnings had promised commencement of blind production.
They also provided an extra blinds on each order, just to cover off damage so all told, I would say this company exceeds expectations, thus I would grant an extra star for them if I could.

Professional, helpful and quality! We ordered a double roller blind for our kitchen and not only did it arrive quickly but also it looked fantastic. Very straightforward to install and the whole process was a breeze. I also ordered numerous samples prior to ordering and there were never any hassles and their staff were also friendly and keen to help. We are now looking to outfit the rest of the house with BlindsOnline.

Have had an issue with my blinds a couple of times, but the service provided has been outstanding in rectifying. Sandra of Blinds Online was of great assistance and made the freighting and fixing/replacement of blinds a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

A great DIY solution for those who are keen to save some money and get a decent pair of blinds. Blinds Online has a great online offering and it did take me a while to get my head around what might work best. With my order i paid 2 AUD to get a sample to validate the color and that confirmed the choice. There's not much correspondence with the business, they read your notes online and you communicate through the portal. With my purchase it turned out to be a one way communication process, i placed the order and left a note but no confirmation on whether they accounted for what i had requested. They eventually did what was required which was great but a phone call would have made me feel a bit better. Overall value for money and really easy product work with.

We are so happy with our blinds. We went into the display store and the service was fantastic. There was no sales pressure, and the salesperson gave us numerous great suggestions that we hadn't considered, and ended up ordering something quite different to what we had in mind and it turned out great.

DIY installation was easy too.

Blinds Online were awesome, everything was easily labelled and packaged well, the service was prompt and efficient. (Much quicker than me writing this review. :-) )
The blinds compliment our Happy Days Cottage Apartment.
Just remember to do your part: follow the Blinds Online instructions and you can't go wrong. And, spend that extra $5.00 for the covers if you can.
Also, do take advantage of the free samples, we certainly appreciated that as well.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They have the easiest selection and ordering process and the quality and production and are excellent. I was quoted almost double the price from another supplier. I won't be shopping anywhere else when I finish of the rest of the house and I am recommending that my family and friends use them if they have any projects. I myself had Blinds Online recommended to me by a friend, which just goes to show how happy the customers are. And I really must compliment them on the fantastic way that the products and options and installation are explained step-by-step.
Customer service is fantastic and they offer free samples to help you choose. It's really a fantastic business model and I'm so happy with the service and products.
