If I can give any of negative rating then I would be happy. This is worst store I ever seen in my life. A guy over there he is rude, non-professional. I never recommend this place to any one.

The young man at the counter today at the prescription desk around 2pm was so bubbly and friendly!! Thanks for your help I usually hate going to the chemist but you made it a pleasant experience :-) all the best

The price on the shelf was more than advertised on their website. There is another my chemist just down the road and their price was the cheaper advertised price.

Went to buy 2 boxes of nurofen today. The staff at the counter said I can only buy one box due to store policy which was actually fine. The issue is with her attitude. When I said that other chemist stores let my buy more, she went 'it's none of my business ',HOW RUDE!!! I was not happy with that line, so I went, 'NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE. '
To be honest, I don't have a problem with any of your store policy, but I have a VERY REAL problem with your staff attitude. You don't take a swipe at your customer's comments.response / report this review
