When it became necessary to say goodbye to my precious cat Maxi (19 beautiful years together), I chose WVC. I wanted more than anything for my best friend to be treated with loving care. Although the moment was heartbreaking, both Maxi and myself were treated with compassion. They have a nice quiet room where they take their time to explain everything including burial and cremation options prior to seeing the Dr. I was able to get seen to promptly within the hour of making the call and everyone I spoke to was lovely, kind and considerate. It was the most difficult moment of my life but I can truly say if it must happen, I highly recommend this clinic. Maxi was individually cremated and returned to the clinic in a little over a week. Thank you WVC staff and especially Dr Collette, I couldn't have asked for a kinder person to carry out the procedure. Your pets will be in the best hands here.

I had to bring my cat here when she was old and very sick. The vet was very caring and did what he could to help and when the time came for my cat to get put down the nurses and vets were very caring and helpful and even though it was a sad experience the service from here was great. Receiving a card in the mail from them a few days later was a nice surprise too.

Wonderful Vets and staff. The whole staff have a lot of passion about the animals they are caring for. We can always just call with an enquiry and they are happy to help and guide us in the right direction and answer any questions. The prices are always reasonable

The vets and staff are patient and accommodating to every dogs personality and quirks. They always go above and beyond for my dog, Rudy, and his sister, Molly. Sadly my little man went in as an emergency a week ago, having a fit, and despite the vets best efforts it was time to say goodbye. He was a perfect dog and they treated him in that way until the end. The vets and staff never rushed us and treated us with nothing but compassion and kindness. Their, and Bamganie Pet Cremation, after care was outstanding and my little man is back at home where he belongs and will be with me forever. Thank you Wyndham Veterinary Clinic. We will continue to bring Molly across town to you and if I ever open up to another pup, I'll always come to you.

Poor service for my 1 year old cat. Vet lady nurse said it was fine for me to hold my cat while they vaccinate her, even though this is an illegal practise, as this could cause an injury, in attempt for my cat to scratch me. Later found out by other place that only vet nurses should perform this holding. This shows a poor duty of care towards me. The vet nurse replies, it was my decision to hold my cat and if she scratches me, then this was my decision. Later call a cat only vet clinic, which later was told this is 'illegal practise to hold my cat whilst vaccinated'. Vet failed to vaccinate my cat due to my cat being 'difficult to handle', Had no proper health check (only used a stethoscope)- they didn't check her temperature, gums/teeth, weight etc or do the full consultation health checkup process, and they did not give any recommendations or suggestions for me in room. Instead, in the end I was feed a $80 consult fee for a incomplete service and a non- vaccinated cat- all because i used up their time. I never got a follow up call from higher management, even though i expressed my concern to reception lady on phone. Instead, the only advise they gave me was when i was at reception, and paid their money, they then rec. 'home care visits' I felt traumatised by watching my cat go through the experience and they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CATS PROPERLY!! Please, if you have cat- go to a proper Cat specialist vet clinic only- They have no idea. I am now taking my cat elsewhere, so she is in better hands..

They are so great, all the facilities there. As my cat had breast cancer her one side of the nipples got removed. They have MRI facilities.
