I've been bringing a dog to this place for years, and they've always loved it. With my previous dog, I'd had trouble finding her a place she was happy in -- dropping off a dog who shivers with dread on arrival is a terrible feeling. Then I tried Welcome Kennels, and it was a whole different experience. She used to bound in so happily, it was a load off my mind. It's the same with my new dog — she loves it and practically drags me inside every time..

Clean facility staffed by true animal lovers. Our labrador is always happy to stay here and we feel comfortable letting him. Very affordable compared to other kennels in the area.

A great place to take your pet when you go away on holidays. We have a rescue dog and they looked after amazingly, the feed back on a our dog was excellent. I recommend this place to all my friends in the area. Thank you Welcome Kennels for looking after our beloved dog.

Our go to when needing attentive care for our labrador. Their feedback is amazing, it show they truly care about the animals in their care. Our lab doesn't even look back as he goes through those doors.

I would like people to be aware that in my opinion Welcome Boarding Kennels know nuts about dogs. Previously in 2013 there was nowhere else to leave a review. Today the stressful experience all came back to me so I wanted to make others aware.
In 2013 we wanted to board our dog as we were going overseas. I had already told the kennel that our dog had attitude but was ok & was no trouble as long as he was given a firm hand. The kennel said they would be fine with our dog as they knew how to treat the situation as they were well experienced. When we arrived, the day before our flights, they were not even able to put a lead on our 16 year old jack Russell. After the dog hotel receptionist (that's how I see it) who was a receptionist only & clearly not a competent dog handler, tried for 20 minutes with treats with no clue at all. A 2nd person attempted also with no clue. They then advised us that we could not leave our dog as they could not handle him. What a joke. Call themselves professional kennels & well experienced in dog handling??? They know nothing about animals & behaviour. I would not recommend this kennel to anyone seeking a kennel with experience of animals. Absolutely hopeless. Clearly this place is all front & equipped possibly, to handle toy poodles only. Needless to say within 24 hours we had to find another kennel who knew what they were doing, as we were leaving for overseas the next day. This caused us an unbelievable amount of stress. Disgusted with their lack of experience & attitude . I would not recommend Welcome Kennels to anyone & I haven't since our stressful experience in 2013.. If you want an experienced kennel please do not look here. What a joke!!

I will never use these kennels again, my dog appeared to be drugged and came home with a rasping cough. It took him 1,5 days to recover once home. It may have been exhaustion , I wish he could talk

First time I boarded my 2 Cats here and was very happy with the experience, they came back looking and smelling good, did not seem stressed. Boarded them once before elsewhere and More Expensive they both came back sick.
So Thank You Welcome for taking good care of Gemma and Neo i will use your establishment again. Wendy Smith
